It was peaceful stay at luxury New Lucky Star Group of houseboats in Dal Lake Srinagar. It was first visit in Kashmir, after reached at houseboat first view was so beautiful, nice wood carved panels with walnut wood carving furniture. Houseboat bedroom and bathroom are neat and clean, it has also nice view of Dal Lake and Mountain view. Service was 100% perfect, food was 100% perfect. 100% recommend to all my friend and family. As Houseboat New Lucky Star was also recommend to us by one of friend who visited last summer.

I stayed in this houseboat on 7 Dec 2015 it was Awesome Experience. The view from the houseboat is Fabulous. The owner of houseboat Mr. Rashid bhai is a nice man. We enjoyed our stay, Wife facility available; staff is very helpful & Corporative. Specially like to mention Farooq bhai our houseboat caretaker makes our stay pleasant.

I stayed on 17th May 2016 in this House Boat and I found well behaved and cooperative understanding staff very helpful people But I would suggest it is better to book Deluxe room with meal in this house boat coz it is such a beautiful boat These people do not push you to buy shikara ride from them only

Rooms are very small. Travel desk will not able to arrange anything for you. Food court is available, but is of no use. Cleaning stuff will come, once in three days. Hence will not let you sleep and enjoy your holidays, they will cry like anything.
