Extremely Poor Gate Lock is not working Smell inside the room blanket is not washed

The room was too small, there was no geyser, the fan was not working, staffs are unavailable

Receptionist behaviour not good. All facilities mentioned in voucher are not provided even tv was not there.

there was no one at reception on arrival, the rooms provided have broken comode seat, one room AC was not working, towels are extremely dirty. very pathetic

The location of hotel is good . Staff are polite . The room , washroom are are clean and hygienic . Overall an excellent experiance .

Plus : Hotel ambience was good. Staffs were good. Space and sanitation was good Minus: There was an issue with the power backup due to which there was a power cut for almost 40 minutes without any electricity. Not even lights were working.

not a good experience..didn't get breakfast... cooling of ac was not upto mark....dint find it a good property to stay

Good Place to stay, AC working, it’s good for 1 night stay, only basic amenities , no soap and toiletries provided, Owner is good but no body in reception, no restaurant, for breakfast - bread and butter only provided

There is no staff in the hotel at night. No calls were answered in the early morning. Hotel gate is locked from outside at night and no other staff or clients were present at the hotel other than our group. If any mishap happens at night, there is no way to run.

it was booked with twin bed, and once i reached hotel, they said that there is no twin beds.
