The hotel is in a good location. Very friendly and courteous staff. Always willing to help. The manager was very helpful. Kudos to mr pap u kumar for the excellent service. The room was comfortable, but a little more cleanliness will be appreciated in the bathroom area, especially behind the door and tub. The round beds are outdated and need to be replaced as the springs hurt when u sleep on it. Overall, good hotel to stay in.

Worst experience of life. Ac conditions are very poor, towels were not clean, looked like very old and bad quality towel.

Its typical lodge type hotel where you have call reception for hot water, and no guarantee of hot water, old towels, age old furniture. There is one common remote controller for ac which is kept at reception, if you want to change the temperature you have to call reception to bring the remote. And if you want to turn off the ac you have get up from bed and switch off the main switch! pathetic! i don't understand on what basis it is showing 3 star hotel. Breakfast is also average. There are plenty of good hotels in same area at same price point.

The room provided for my booking was very clean and hygienic. The hotel is conveniently located near the karol bagh metro station and adjacent to a bustling market for branded clothes and electronics. The hotel staff was very polite, and the food was good too. Do not have photo to share

Everything was fine but the worst part is there was no network in that location till the whole stay and when i asked the staff about wifi, so i can manage my official work too at the same time but they denied to share the password and told us that wifi is not working. How an official person can survive in a hotel where there is no network.. it’s hotel’s responsibility to make wifi facilities ready if there is big network issue.

Being a 3 star reputed hotel, i expected that basic amenities will be provided like dental kit, shaving kit, etc. But no bathroom slippers, no shoe shiner. No further stays at this hotel.

The room was not ready when i arrived even-though the booking was confirmed with full payment the ac in the room do not have a remote control to adjust the room temperature. I had to ask reception to switch off and switch on again the fan in the room is running 24x7 with a grinding noise. I could not find a switch to put off the fan

There is no cleaning in room, washroom, no air, very suffocating, washroom is dirty, staff is good but overall experience is very bad.

Decent place for stay, good support staff and safe clean area to stay and near to the metro station. Wish they upgrade the in-room stay experience better and better food options too, wishing them best for the future

Bad location, bad ambiance, no service, maintenance very bad, bad food. No professional attitude. No value for money.

The rooms were not clean, no proper room service was provided, hotel does not provide food it is brought from somewhere else. After placing order it takes more than 1hr to deliver it. The staff are not friendly. Manager was too rude.
