Hotel was really nice. All staffs including securities were very nice and well behaved, everyone extended all required cooperation during our stay. Complementary breakfast was nicely served with a lot of menus, lunch and dinner were also very nice and within the budget. Although location of the New Orchid Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa) was little inside of a lane and was difficult to find but local people and taxi drivers can easily locate the place. However, overall really had a good stay over there and appreciate the behaviour of all the staffs specially reception persons. Anyone willing to visit Gangtok just for leisure can surely choose to stay over here. Thank you.

Anyone willing to visit Gangtok for leisure may choose this New Orchid Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa). It's worth the budget.

Very New and nicely architect New Orchid Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa) with beautiful room and all amenities are available in New Orchid Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa). Decent restaurant and friendly staff and well professional in their work and attitude. Only the thing missing is no view from room windows and feel like trapped inside dark room. Very dark room and no sufficient light in side room so difficult to get ready in New Orchid Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa) room. No proper ventilation. In short I stayed in side room where room are without outer view and wall faced windows which were quite irritated. I have booked in non season time and in spite of request to upgrade the room as New Orchid Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa) room were vacant but they still didn't accepted my request. Otherwise if you want to spend the time in room only without view then room are good with all facility and food is quite with simple menu and very tasty.

The location of the New Orchid Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa) is not very good. Rooms do not have sufficient lighting. There are inadequate plug points in the room. No lift in the New Orchid Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa). Kids had to walk to third floor. Breakfast spread was nice. Food was very spicy in dinner. Response of house keeping staff was not very proactive. Frequent power cuts and geyser was not available on many occasions in this severe winter season. Overall experience was not as per expectation and ratings provided.

Stay at Hotel is worthwhile. Cleanliness, staff behaviour, response to customers are best. The tour and travelling arrangements made by Mr praising she pa is also best. Though it's location is more than 1 km but no issue of connectivity from mg marg. Only the quality of food of the restaurant needs to be improved and also the food options be increased in restaurant. The overall stay at Hotel is very pleasant.

Rooms were clean but little small. For 2 persons there must be 2 sofa chairs but only 1 was available. Bathroom door was too short that I banged my head with top part twice. Bathroom was too small. There was no arrangement for hangers in bathroom. Also the entry for bathroom was high. Otherwise good service good hospitality. Food was good.

We travelled in the month of august and found the need of pedestal fan as there was no other option for ventilation. The staff was very curious and also served delicious food in their own restaurant. The only issue was with networks and also their wifi was getting disconnected frequently.

This place is the perfect definition for the word cozy. Small. Sized room adequately heated and a comfortable bed. The food on offer was really tasty and a refreshing change from the food offered at mg Road. The staff is super friendly and put in all efforts to complete any request.

Good rooms well maintained Top floor rooms were smelly so they changed the rooms with ground floor rooms Good is quite good so is the restaurant staff. I would highly recommend people to stay in the Hotel. However it is little bit far from the m G Marg the main market in Gangtok.

The New Orchid Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa) is nice and the staff is cooperative. Our stay was comfortable. The Hotel is at 10-15 minutes walking distance from mg road. Only issue which I faced was for cellular and WiFi connectivity at the New Orchid Lords Inn (Hotel & Spa).

Periodical cleaning of the lobby & dinning area, maintain the social distance, all the staffs are wearing mask all the time, sanitizer also kept at entrance and all the floors. Services are good. Food also tasty.
