Good service and neat room . Customer service is also excellent.

Location is perfect, brigade market is just walkable, Mg metro is just 300mts to 400 mts, lovely night life , hotel is simple awesome for solo as well as for couples. All basic amino ties available, washroom is neat n clean

Rooms were not as shown on your app pictures , very small room , not clean , smelling rooms , bathroom was very bad broken windows in it , bed was not comfortable over all very bad experience , I took breakfast including in the package but they just gave uttapam that also parcel in the room .

Horrible experience. No toilet paper, food wasn’t served. No taxi service, they asked me to download 3rd party app for cabs. The lock on my room was not working. No kettle, no fridge.

Very average experience. Place is ok if you are travel-ling solo and want to just sleep at night. Even ac was not working. Luckily room had fans i stayed in jr. Suites for 2 nights and rooms were not even cleaned on the subsequent day.

Basic budget hotel. Rooms are spacious but very basic. Cleanliness could improve. Location is good. No buffet breakfast. Strictly for business tour as a budget option if you don’t get great options elsewhere. Rooms are big and spacious though for the budget would expect better interiors and food options

It was very easy to find the hotelocation. We have food from nearby imperial hotel. Room was less spacious but neat and tidy. Hot water facility was not there.

The wifi in the room was very weak. The towels and pillow covers were stained. Awkward layout of the room

The rooms were affordable. I loved the hospitality of the staff and the delicious food that they provided. The rooms were also spacious and clean. I totally loved the stay there.

Hotel and amenities are not upto the mark for the price charged. Service is also not so good, expected more.
