Property location was very inside, the room's bathroom was very conjested, the heater did not get hot water.

worst huest house it is an adult hotel with dirty bedsheet rooms and bathroom . no shop provided no matress provided . cigarettes and the liquides are spread all over the rooms . Worst guest house in that area .

The property is okay but one thing that took me off was the behavior of the staff. They asked me 500 bucks extra to checkin just 2 hours early and since I was checking out on the same day that shouldn't have been a problem. But they asked me to wait in lobby for 2 hours and then they gave me room with no lock you have to call staff again again to unlock your room and amenities inside room from towel to tv were very downgraded with almost same charge as any other better hotel would have charged. So, I would suggest to ignore this property if your sole purpose is to enjoy at kolkata. For business and corporate purpose it will work.

Dirty linen , towel ..smell so bad , so unhygienic and cockroaches 🪳 everywhere

Bedsheet and towels were dirty, cockroach were roaming around. One room was too congested. They didn't have kitchen and brings food from outside which is not good and were unhygienic.
