Good hotel. The location is very good. It's near Pherighat.

Really the hotel is terrible. Looking like a road side bathroom. Room is very uncleaned. There is no night mode or zero light. My father and mother stayed in hotel with keeping the light on. Most of the switch is not working..

Property well maintain but, water, bathroom soap not provided parking not available. Overall experience not so happy.

The hotel is budget friendly,, on this rent I think it is difficult to stay other hotels,, so if you want to save your money then u can stay here,, the Tara ma temple is 8 to 10 minutes from the hotel,,you can easily walk this distance,, the only issue is cleanliness,, if they sincerely do something about this matter then it will be great place to stay on low budget

like hotel doesn't had neither towel nor soap and even the room was not that much Clean and lock was even not proper like I slept without closing the light and the tap fitting was way to hard and it was a hell like to open and even like issss hotel

the hotel is within reach and I had a comfortable stay there for two days. Service is good. i could take fooding from there.. I recommend it to my friends or with family. I recommend this hotel.

very dirty room, No cleanliness at all, I think it's not cleaned since it's inauguration. it's not even worth a single penny to stay here.

The property location is good. It is located at a 10 min walk from mayapur iskcon temple, which is very convenient for visiting the temple. There is no food service in the hotel. so, you have to eat food from outside restaurants or order food from restaurants to your room. I had stayed in a non-ac room with 3 people. So, according to that the amenities were good. It included one king size bed, one table, attached bathroom with gesyer. The behaviour of the staff was satisfactory. Over all, the service was standard for a budget hotel.

Very bad and they don't how to behave with tourist. Poor bathroom, dirty bad sheet, pilo, dirty entrance, not available drinking water.

It's really horrible. No cleanness. No geyser. No tv. Location also not good. Very small room. Overall it's not worth for money.

Position of hotel is very bad. Room was very small. There was no lock of bathroom door. There was also no cupboard etc to keep garments. Overall room rent is very high with respect to its facility. Our stay was horrible.

Review typed already. 1. First ever worst experience in make my trip we have booked in shuvam lodge but we were directed to stay in new. Shubham lodge no one was picking our phone on the way to mayapur. Very very low rating stay others paid rs400 but we have paid rs5712 for one night. For two rooms they don't even bothered to take our i'd proof and not registered in their record they haven't provided all out or spray for killing pest not even asked the delivery of morning or evening tea we haven't seen such hospitality in hotels you are responsible for spoiling our trip to mayapur so please refund whole amount as due with compensation. Do the needful and timely action pics of the condition of the hotel and surrounding are hereby attached

Room was not at all the standard as per your price of booking. Same type room in the same hotel persons are staying rs-800 per day whereas i was paid rs- 5457 for two days. Most disappointed matter is that after paying so much rate a substandard room was provided to us. This is first time experience in my life.
