am I not stay with spa because this is not a hotel, and strongly Harasment by the property as per your booking you make a allotment a hotel. very very sameful that your app concerning like these hotel. Yes, this was a pathetic experience with me. They do not allow me to stay where i booked. They transferred me and my family 2 different, terrible places. There was no internet, no water heater in the bathroom, a room located after the kitchen, everything was a mess. No one listened, they told me we do not have a place, go anywhere you want, and i paid fully, so it's my compulsion to stay there with my old mother and wife and sister. This was a really, really horrible time for me.
