This hotel service is very poor Facilitities also not good Not clean on rooms

The hotel worst in nature very poor bed condition we found blood in the cloth also in the pillow in the bathroom no mug no shampoo. Nothing

Staff are not friendly they will not provide complimentary breakfast

Worst stay. Unhygienic and no parking available. Rooms are full of mosquitoes and windows are open.

Mosquitoes was all aroundthere is no water flr drinking there is no heater.

The location was very good and had good access to the city but the facilities were not well maintained. It's an old but good stay if you are travel-ling as a group

The property and staff was so good and friendly i recommend this for all. The place and room was so clean and comfy

Pathetic room, not even ac. I have wrongly booked non ac one. When i have asked for upgrade the same they are ch-aging 1000 rs for ac only. Also in the non ac room they even dont have calling fan, only tabel fan they have. My entire day has spoiled.

No hygiene at room. Lot of mosquitoes, doesn't provide bathroom amenities, drinking water. Not recommended to stay

Location provided is on another road i e. M malai road whereas the property is behind malabar keys on ram mohan road. Phone was not working. No hot water
