Niar Entire 1BHK Luxury Apartments

Staying at Niar Apartment was absolutely awesome! The place was super clean and tidy, and they made sure it stayed that way with daily cleaning (seriously, they don’t miss a beat). The team even followed up regularly to ensure everything was on point. The staff? Total rockstars—friendly, helpful, and always spot-on with their info. I’d 100% recommend this place to anyone heading to Goa. Friends, family, whoever—you’re gonna love it here! Big thanks to the Niar Apartment crew for an amazing stay. You guys nailed it!

The apartment was really good and was worth every penny. Also, the staff etc were very cooperative and well behaved. I have already bookmarked the stay as my go to property for every future goa trips. The property was very clean, spacious and well managed. kitchen had all the amenities where you can cook your own meals. You can wash your clothes every day with the IFB washing installed in your apartment.

It’s was an amazing stay. The location was feasible. Dinesh and Chandra and the housekeeping staff have been great and pro with their service. Very humble and down to earth staff. The property was maintained exceptionally well no compromise on cleanliness or service
