I have recently stayed with my family at Nice View Sam Villa kanjog shimla and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally hygienic, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. It is very far from the mall road, it is in some Kanlog place, Had a lot of trouble finding the hotel, there no board installed, The local people there do not know anything about this hotel at all, even the name of the hotel is not confirmed, something else on the board put up on the hotel

First the positives :- Clean room, nice hill view from the room, polite and courteous staff, geyser in nice working condition and prompt room service. Immediate response to calls and coordination with the cab. Good breakfast. Areas of strong improvement: No kettle in the room for drinking water. Quite a minus, hidden charges that were added to the bill. First time I have ever come across electricity charges 300 per day charged separately. This is apart from the room heater charges 250 INR per day. TV worked after multiple attempts to restore the set top box. On the whole okay value for money. Neither great nor bad.
