Staff were good. Room is good. Charged Rs 500 to check-in at 12pm instead of 3pm.

Property is very close to the East Nada very convenient to go to the temple. The room was neat and clean. There was good hot water even at 2 AM (to get ready for Nirmalya darshanam). The staff was very courteous. It was a great experience.

Ants were roaming around the room. Stains available the bea sheet. The wall putty is peeled off at many places. We stayed along with a 1 year old kid. It was really difficult

Neat and clean room and toilet with hot water. In a good location near to temple. Food not available. Only tea and cofee avalable.

The location is very close to the South Nada. i think it is a relatively new property. The auto guy I hired did not know the place. Luckily I had checked out the location on Google maps and noticed that it was close to the NEW multilevel parking. Once I told him that, then there was no further issue.The property is very clean and well maintained. Everything was spic and span. The room is also very good, good bed and linen, towels etc. One drawback was that there was no kettle or kits for making coffee or tea in the room. Since we get up very early at dawn to go to the temple, it would have been excellent if this facility was also provided in the room. I don't think they have an in-house restaurant. However, Ruchi by Pazhayidam is near the South Nada and you can have excellent vegetarian fare there. The staff are polite and helpful. All in all, I had a very hassle free stay there and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property to anybody.

if you are going with family, suggest another hotel. It's a really small room, I felt congested. And even in the bathroom, we need to wait for a long time for hot water, when we seek help, they want us to wait for sometime. If you are looking for a hotel near the temple, then it is fine.

Booked a room through MMT for adults and a child. And paid online. When we reached there, they said there was no room for 3 people. After a few minutes of argument they let us in. Very poor management.

There was no kettle in the room to make tea or hot water. Nobody to assist aged parents to get food from outside. the place was clean, and they cleaned it daily. the stay was comfy.

Light , Fan switches were behind our bed and it was very difficult to access those switches. And also the TV was not working, they only recharged DTH after we complained to them several times.

Calm ambience. Clean & neat bedroom. very closer to Guruvayur temple, we can go to the temple by walk. safe. uninterrupted Wifi.

it was nice to stay and near to temple so it is good and convenient.food court are also near the hotel .

The room was very small.... Small bed... Not suitable for family... Other faciliteis are good.... I wont recommend this hotel anymore... The staffs were very pleasant and good character

No food in the plan, Only machine tea or coffee is available. accommodation is good, it is small room as compared with others.
