Make my trip guys dint inform that we have booked. So they couldn't prepare for our arrival no corona safety checks done as such. Rooms were well maintained though. Had to call each time for basic toiletries and otherwise amenities. Complementary breakfast was not available even though booked

Rooms are big and spacious. Interiors are well designed. Bathrooms were clean. Have geyser for every room. Breakfast was average. It is in on highway but bit far from Thekkady. Around 30-35 min drive from Kumily.
