Bed linen was not satisfactory. AC was not working properly. Check in was delayed. There is room for overall aesthetic improvement.

only hotel available in that area , no other option. but they have improved a lot. A lift in the premises would help senior citizens.

I have terrible 😔 experience yesterday they changed 3 rooms for us there is no taking care of guest and maintenance also very poor and service also vary bad ....

I couldn't say food quality is bad, some dishes are good. service of the staff Shanker was good, a polite and kind staff. There was no reason to say bad.

location is ok... easy to search.. maintenance is good.. staff are well trained. food OK. as per budget it's a good hotel to stay

The room vibe is not good. The washroom condition is also bad. Wifi is not Available. Bedsheets are not cleaned properly.

I booked two rooms when I travelled with my family last week . One room (deluxe suite) had a broken commode with no water + no TV. Another room had non-working TV but atleast commode was working. Both rooms were on separate floors. It felt very unsafe in new city when ground floor had pub for outsiders along with smoking allowed. I had to argue with them to atleast give both room on same floor even if deluxe suite is not available. While booking, I got fooled by nearby resort's pictures which has same name and same management. They are using resort's images to fool tourists. At least be honest.

Nice place. Good location. Nice people. But room. But still not value for money. Maybe the price makes sense for people who want to go out for a night of drinking and revelry and stay over. For travelers who want to stay overnight before moving on - the price is high.

The hotel is located on the main road and looks visually appealing. The good part ends there. We were travelling as a family and stayed here for 3 nights. The person at the reception, Mahesh, is a rude and impolite person and does not have the manners to speak to customers. First he gave us different rates for the rooms on the first floor and the second floor though there is no difference between the rooms. The first room (No 110) he showed us had a leaking commode. On bringing this to his notice, the reply he gave was that this was their best room. We asked to be shown other rooms and selected a different room. After selection of the room, he insisted that we pay the entire amount for 3 nights upfront. I said this was strange and was not standard practice. He insisted that this was the hotel policy. I asked to speak to a manager and Mahesh replied that he is the manager. Finally he relented and told us to make an advance payment for 01 night. While checking out, we realized that other traveller's had got similar room for lower price. On being asked about it, Mahesh replied that we had agreed to the price while checking in. I insisted on speaking to someone above him, but he rudely replied that he was the manager and there was no one else above him. I asked to speak to the owner whom I had seen visiting the hotel on all three days but surprisingly not one person in the entire staff had the owner's number. Stayed in this hotel out of compulsion. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. They overcharge customers and their staff is not well trained. Mr Mahesh is an arrogant, rude, and mannerless person who is not fit to man the Reception Desk. If he is a manager as he claimed, then I would suggest either train him or replace him. Also, please have a complaint mechanism in place.

Hotel was good, but rooms and bedsheets cleaning issue and hot water didn't come, they have charged extra for dental kits, towels not good condition, it was uncomfortable

No service and bad maintenance, the guest was not comfortable to stay there and checked out the next day even we tried to book for 2 days

Clean rooms,Good Service,Excellent staff makes this hotel stay memorable.MMT gives discount which is the best part.Complimentary breakfast could have been with more varieties.

Property was good with big room. Bathroom was bad with regards to cleanliness staff behaviour was good.
