Very poor maintenance no one cary mid night entrance Wash were terrible to see Cockraches running over bed room Not advisable to stay this places

Property is good but not good service basic things were missing, no towell, no doormat , no shower kit and above all no one to attend to reception call to ask for these, restaurant food was good

The resort looks good from the outside. The rooms are very average for the price and bathrooms are in very poor condition. The reception has no staffing and when we wanted to check in there was no information on the booking. After half an hour they were able to get the booking details (they did not check their mails. There is no water or tissues in the rooms. . The phone in the room was not working the restaurant and bar is average and expensive. The morning breakfast had barely anything to eat. It more like a rupees 1500 room. . Nowhere near rupees 4000 we paid i would advise travellers to avoid this hotel.

There is no proper response from the receptionist, we supposed to check in by 12:00, but 2:00pm he was saying that he didn't received booking confirmation and he took too much time to complete the proceedings, room condition was bad, toilet is not maintained properly, tv was there but remotes was missing, phone was not working, food was average

The room stay was good and comfortable. Pool was under maintenance which was a disappointment. Staff was limited causing some inconvenience. Food - i wouldn't say bad but very limited options and nothing great to talk about. Entrance was blocked due to repair causing some additional hardships

Terrible experience. Very bad service, really poor quality food, no hygiene at all in food. The fan in the room also did not work and was not serviced.

Resort situated in centre of city... Normally it is paradise in this type of small city......Food quality is good and staff is very friendly and polite. Suggest to book through online mode it will be cheaper....

Awful resort with cockroaches in all the rooms we booked

Comparing the of room we expect a reasonable good facilities there. But the room is an average one and there was no coffee tea bags and milk powder, telephone was ringing continuously. No water bottles free available there. Food we ordered, they supplied tasteless. In the canteen the toilets are ugly.

Air conditioner doesn't work. No coffee in the room. No hot water in bathroom. Broken taps and shower. No toilet paper. Refrigerator doesn't work. Non responsive staff. Unreasonably expensive

Love the ambience and the whole set up of the restaurant. Service was great, innovative. Found a few kiosks machine for automated order machines to make ordering food easy and hassel free. To make the queues lesser. Food was one point below average, variety on food was pretty good. And could try em all. A pretty neat hangout space. With very little seating space for families and more sit as you wish floor and step seats.

Great place to stay and chill on a weekend. Best part is location as its easily reach as it bang in highway. Also got udipi restaurant next to it so if want yo try something different can try here. Staff and service are very good and quick.

Beautiful homestay in nijaguna hotels and resorts chamarajnagar (bandipur & br hill wild life with a magnificent view of br hills and farmland. Hygienic restrooms. Very hospitable people who take care of you and provide services as needed like campfire, nature walk etc. And this property gives you the vibe to relax with beautiful views. Rooms are clean & spacious. Delicious home cooked food, friendly staff and ever helping property. We had a very good time there and would definitely come back food is cooked in house and was very tasty, home like. Three meals were provided but make sure to check with the owners if it can only be available if informed earlier and booked directly with them. It's located at the foothills of br hills, so the temple and safari are 30-40~ minutes away. Keep that in mind when planning because the forest authorities only allow movement from 6 am to 6 pm. There is a dam nearby which can be visited by foot. Ample gated parking for cars and bikes. Great hospitality from the host and their team. Nice vegetarian food and property is located at right location surrounded by dam, hills and a beautiful farm. Looking forward to visit again soon.

Room was spacious. But the service - housekeeping as well as the restaurant service was bad. Location was bad too. No options for food or fun other than the resort itself. If you really need chamarajnagar stay only, you can go for it.
