peaceful and cozy stay, good location

the owner had no courtesy to contact me after booking done. when i called him he had no clue of booking. i called and texted repeatedly for atleast 5 times for him to send me the location of the apartment. when i reached the apartment at last the lift stink of dead rat. i reached the apartment to find there was no power in it. i had to turn on flashlight on my phone and find the main switch for turning on the power. room was not cleaned, full dust. photos didn't match as shown in the app while booking. when i called to ask about it he rudely says he has 51 other flats and if i don't like the stay he'll refund my amount and i can leave. i left the apartment and didn't even ask for a refund. I've never in my life had to deal with such terrible service.

No geysers. Cleanliness not upto the mark. Need to improve in terms of cleanliness and need to provide wifi and tv in the rooms.

Not so bad. Good for budget and for groups. Not for family or who prefers comfort and luxe. Avg preferred for males.

Good apartment with in house facilities for cooking. Clean rooms and living room is having large tv with jio fiber

Very nice experience, home like feeling, stayed with my family. It was very clean and location was also good.

Stayed with 4 member family. Good hospitality and amenities. Well connected and near to highway. Outside food is permitted and provision for cooking is available.

Stay was very comfortable. Location was very much near to various tourist destinations. Rooms were spacious. Three balconys provided very beautiful moments at night

Fat was good but the 8 the floor was really hot in hall. Also the ac in the big bedroom was not working. Toilet flush needs repair. Wifi was not connecting to phones from this flat.

It was family tourism. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Enough safe parking for cars. Nearby multiple good restaurants. Only 1 minor issue. No mirror in apartment

Stay was good but in the flat we cant qdjust the speed of fan. Staffs are good. Tv and wifi are working too.

Untidy rooms….

Wasn’t super clean. It had transparent curtains. It was super noisy throughout the night. We could not sleep at all. The floors were sticky. Washrooms were okayish.

The room smelled old, the mattress in 1 bed room was so hard that you can’t sleep on it. Absolute waste of money not recommended

Not as shown in the pictures. Not having hot water. Bathrooms were small and were not at all clean. No wifi, no hot water. Were provided with a manual heater. We went as a family and most of us had itching issues as we slept on those beds. Some of the rooms had foul smell. In one of the flat bathroom doors were struck. Don’t go by seeing the pictures. Not worth it.

Great stay. Went with my friends. No unwanted nuisance. Peaceful stay. Two bedrooms both had ac. One bedroom is attached. Linen, toiletries all present in the room. Clean flat. The whole flat is for ourselves.

Apartment was good it was very spacious but it didn’t have hot water for bathing and that’s the only problem with that. Except that everything was fine. Rooms were comfortable but bathrooms were very small should’ve been a little better.

There was no hot water facility. Since it was service apartment, a few basic utensils are expected like glasses for drinking water, heater kettle, tava, utensil for boiling milk and preparing tea. All the fan controllers or regulators were removed. When we switch off the fan it only operates at high speed causing inconvenience. When we book ac apartment it does not mean fan is not needed. For lack of facility there's no one responsible to complain except for the security guy who is helpless.
