Niladri Premium

This is probably a relatively new Niladri Premium ( about 7-8 months only, as per one of the housekeeping staffs). But a conscious sincere effort in providing a good experience to guests reflects in attitude of each and every staff. First things first (a) location. I am a kind of person who does not prefer crowded beaches, not absolutely desolate ones. Niladri premium is located in a location on marine drive road that is just the right one - "on the beach" ( you step out of the Niladri Premium, cross the road " and you are on the beach. . This location is a little further down into the marine drive road, away from the hustle-bustle of swargadwar. In a stretch of some 5-6 premium Niladri Premiums, with niladri premium being one of them. You will always find some people on the beach (not too many, not tood few) in front of niladri premium,. Beach has life guards, chairs where you can sit and relax, camel ride, photographers etc - lively enough without feeling crowded. Auto always available in front of the Niladri Premium, (mostly fixed rates, so don't worry much about overcharging/negotiating) so accessibility to/from Niladri Premium never an issue. Overall 5* for the location and beach(b)room : most of their rooms (called deluxe rooms) come with a balcony with has an slant side facing view to the sea. However they also have some 10-15 premium sea facing rooms with a large sea facing window to the see. I was lucky to have one available and enjoyed the sea view from my bed itself. Room was spacious, clean and fresh, with all the standard amenities soft and comfortable double bed, (mini fridge, coffee/tea, good powerful ac, cable tv. Writing table. Desks, cabinets. Medium sized sofa, etc. ) toilet was ok (nothing exceptionally good or bad. Only issue that i had, which they could not re-mediate with their best efforts was that the mattress of the extra bed that they provided for the third gues (my son) was extremely hard. They added additional matress on top of that, but all were equally hard. They should do something about it. Overall rating for room. 4. 5. (i deducted 0. 5 * for the extra bed mattress. (c) food. Very decent complementary buffet breakfast. Lunch/dinner - no buffet, but decent ala carte options - quantity - very good. Quality - quite good, nothing exceptionally good or bad. Price - slightly on higher side, but ok. Overall rating for food/meals 4. For a quite decent but not exceptional. (d) staff behavior, responsiveness, service. Very good, in general, each and every staff (front desk, housekeeping, room service, restaurant) is extremely responsive and demonstrates the eagerness to serve/help. In face they are quite patient and responsive even on phone. A 5* for the same. (e)others - they can get you connected with pandits/pandas who can take you to the puri jagannath temple - we got a very nice, gentle and helpful santosh ji through them. They can also get you connected for site seeing etc. (rates reasonable as i observed) i forgot to mention - they have a fairly decent swimming pool as well - we did not use though the pool was also visible from our sea facing room window. Last but not the least - access to terrace - came in very handy for drying our water and sand soaked clothes. Expect the have loads of them while staying in an "on the beach" Niladri Premium. Overall. 4. 5. From my perspective. Will surely recommend.

26-mar-2023: polite service. Room was neat. But small since we were 3 guests. Breakfast spread is ok. Hotel is located at the farther end opposite to beach, away from the crowded place. Room rent of rs 5700 per night for 3 members is expensive. For mineral water, they charged rs 37 though mrp is rs 20 even when i collected it myself from their in-house restaurant. Not sure how they can overcharge above mrp even though a bill was given. Guest coming out of lift will not know if his room is to the left or right. Similarly, when he comes out of room, it is difficult to locate the lift/stairs. Need overhead boards with arrows in corridors to indicate room numbers, exit, lift etc. Silent location. Opposite to beach. Good parking space. Polite service. Expensive room rent and food.

It was a great stay . best advantage is the view , Niladri Premium is just across the new Marine drive beach road , they have their own seating arrangement for Niladri premium customers on the beach . the beach is very serene n less crowdy compared to other parts of puri beaches. so that's the best part. side sea view balcony rooms are good . room was very clean , well furnished with sofa , table , n two extra chairs to sit in the balcony n njoy the view. another best part was food . resturant service was very good, tasty n hygienic food ,chef took lot of efforts n bkfast buffet was always very good n full of variety .one star less only for hospitality, could hve been a little more welcoming n polite at the reception.

Good Niladri Premium with a nice view of the sea & beach from the side balcony, access to the pool. Complimentary buffet breakfast is also a great addition to the room facilities. Situated 2. 5km from the chaitanya statue near the swargdwar, one would at times miss the main activities of puri - the crowded shops selling fried fish, rides for the kids, kalinga soda. Maybe a touch closer to the swargadwar by a km would have been given better accessibility on foot rather than taking an auto everytime

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Niladri Premium and i must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment i walked into the lobby, i was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The room was not only impeccably clean and well-maintained but also incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities i could ask for. Also, about the food, the Niladri Premium's restaurant is a true culinary gem.

A Niladri Premium with a sea view from the window. Location is excellent. Food was okay, but don't go to puri mandir with their people and don't believe them, when they say that there are no charges. When in temple, their people will give you a rate card for puja and it is really absurd. Prasad to one deity that also 1/2 of pav kilo ie. 125 g at 1800- and they take you to temple in an auto at 200. So visit temple on your own, that would be my take.

This Niladri Premium is situated south of the puri lighthouse. The beach is relatively quiet. Niladri has sea facing rooms. You can have a beach experience from your room. Food is above average. They also arrange for jagannath darshan. The panda was courteous and stands highly recommended. If you come by your own car, please enter puri from the satapada highway. You will escape the puri town traffic. Great place for a peaceful holiday.

The location of the Niladri Premium was good. The conduct of the staff was cordial. The room was good. The overall experience of stay was satisfactory.

Location of the Niladri Premium is very good. Hotel is well maintained and breakfast buffet was nice. . However, the room size as per premium room should be of bigger size. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Exhaust fan needs to be installed in washrooms

All the facilities were sufficient. I am very satisfied for good manegement & behaviour. Next time whenever i come to the puri i would like to stay at this Niladri Premium. I will recommend all my friends & relatives to come puri and stay with niladri premium.
