Nilgiri Comfort Stay | Rooms & Caretaker

The rooms are neat and cozy. Wifi speed is also good. The owner is very friendly and helpful. They arranged taxi for local site seeing. The care taker was always at our help from filling water to cleaning the rooms everything was handled very smoothly. There is a dedicated watsapp number and manager who asks us to ping any issues and they fix it. This method of fixing any issues during the stay is highly appreciated. Kudos to the owner

The building is spacious and our room and bathroom were clean. There was good wifi and 24/7 hot water. From the train and bus stations, it's either a 10 minute walk up the hill, or a very short auto ride. There is a caretaker on the grounds.

I stayed with my family for just one night, very good experience, the room service was very good. The rooms, beds and bathroom were very neat and clean. Overall great experience. I recommend.

Its a clean stay rooms are well maintened and spacious good service visited with my family with an infant they helped us with infant food even at night 5+ stars for that effort

Place is close to city centre, very clean and specious, all amenities are there, but no food, tea etc. Kitchen is there to get warm drinking water.

All was good except bathroom and towels which need improvement in term of cleanliness and better towels. If they work on 2 things, it will be good

We booked 3 rooms so we got the entire villa and the stay was awesome. Hot water is 24 x 7 which is a plus in this climate
