Niranta Transit Hotel at Arrivals

It's an interesting concept, Niranta Transit Hotel at Arrivals under the t2 terminal. Pros- proximity and access to airport. 4 star rooms with all basic amenities. I found the room a little small for 2 kids, the Niranta Transit Hotel at Arrivals was accommodated to give us a baby portacot. Queen bed was comfortable, and the Niranta Transit Hotel at Arrivals was very prompt with its service, although we had to ask for a few things like hand towels etc. If you are with family then this is a good place as highly convenient, although no windows in the rooms, which could some people suffocated. Overall, happy with the service and stay. Note- to get out of the terminal for visiting the city- you need gate pass. I wasn't informed about it by the Niranta Transit Hotel at Arrivals staff and on reentry the cisf personnel made it look as if it was my fault.

The place is right below the airport, so the access is great. But a few things to keep in mind, if you're coming from outside, it's near impossible to reach them via phone. I was literally roaming around the airport asking where to go. 2) you have to have a flight booking. They won't let you in otherwise. We were not informed of this. We were lucky we had flight tickets. 3) the rooms are small, they're comfortable but don't expect grandeur 4) room service is awful, it's over priced but that's fine, the delivery time is not good though. 5) the breakfast was excellent! great choice and good quality items

it was my anniversary and makemytrip made it the best anniversary ❤️ thank you so much for such a secure and promising trip. this is my 3rd time booking and makemytrip never disappoints me. looking forward for more trips with mmt. the customer service is so promising, whenever in doubt i just use to message once and within seconds i would get reply and call and my queries were solved. thanks to sikha for explaining us and understanding our needs and giving us the best advice. mmt has got the most experienced customer service. thank you again.

Our overall experience was good, we were given room near the reception area. The receptionist "amit " was too confident. When i called the reception, the receptionist ( male ) asked me to reach the reception desk and request with them. Such type of gesture should be avoided in future. The amenities are in good state. We really appreciate the food provided by the restaurant, it was made as per our request. The Niranta Transit Hotel at Arrivals is a name in hospitality business & they really made us feel same.

Perfect stay for transit passengers. Avoid the mumbai traffic and risk of last minute ride cancellations by taxis. Very neat and comfortable rooms. Very polite staff. Will definitely come back. We asked for extra bed. It was provided without any delay. The bed linen was very clean. Very clean and comfortable bed. Very good washrooms. The fact that you are already inside the airport gives you a lotnof peace of mind and a good night’s sleep. Room size was pretty decent. Totally worth the price

We checked in at 20th may 2024 in the night at niranta Niranta Transit Hotel at Arrivals after a flight from dubai to mumbai. We had pure booked 2 rooms via mmt. We had a return flight on 21st may 2023 at 8 o clock in the evening. But the staff of niranta especially a young boy named huzaifa was really helpful. Niranta helped in late check out which enabled some rest for my old aged parents. Thank you niranta looking forward to stay at your Niranta Transit Hotel at Arrivals again.

Great room. Very quiet something you would need to catch up on some sleep prior to your next flight. Loved the bathroom design and fixtures. Truly 5 star! restaurant and housekeeping staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Was a little disappointed with the staff on duty at the time of checkin who was extremely curt, on the borderline of ‘rude’ when i asked for a room with twin beds (considering that is exactly what we had booked. It was nice for overall my flight get cancel-led and i need to extend my check out time from 05 to 09 am Niranta Transit Hotel at Arrivals staff expressed that they are giving me complementary stay for another 3 hrs actually i booked it till 12 when i asked they informed me that it’s hourly basis’ booked when i asked her to show them she said it’s ok, i advise do not miss guided to guest

Excellent facility at the mumbai airport. Dinner staff was warm especially tushar. Dinner was delicious. All the staff was warm and helpful including bell staff and reception.

The location is excellent for trnasit travellers. The cafe is a bit expensive, but the food is good. They also give a free foot massage which is nice addition!

Hotel is easy to locate, room is convinent, comfortable with all basic amenities for short stay, i didn't order food, but room service was available. I reached past midnight n was no problem getting into bed for rest and call it a day. Overall will definitely stay here frequently hereafter during transfers.

Location is the biggest plus point. Good interiors and furnishing make the room good. Complimentary 15 minute foot massage is a good add on. Food is average and overall on the expensive side.

I chose this place for my senior parents, it's location was convenient as it was inside the terminus and check in for international flight was very early in the morning. The staff were helpful. Food was also good and packed breakfast was also served.

It's the most convenient location for international travel as you are at the airport. Less of travel time and anxiety to reach on time

Within the terminal building so excellent location, food is available almost 24/7, amenities and services are also good
