Nirbana Palace - A Heritage Hotel and Spa

Location was good in heart of city with rawat kachori wala near bye, market was in close vicinity, one key feature was amazing painting work on walls & roof. Ambiance was good with good behaviour tourists, foreigner tourist was also in good numbers. We prefer suit room but that doesn’t look like so. Nothing was so special in the room, bathroom was just normal. No welcome & no welcome drink. Swimming pool was very nee t & clean with blue water & filter machines. Outer terrace was a just amazing thing in the room. Food was good but with low condiments having very much trained staff who serve with love & care, one good thing was that wastage of food was not there, you can order your choice of food in lunch/dinner at Nirbana Palace - A Heritage Hotel and Spa, hospitality was really good, need to work more on infrastructure & has to work what special you can give to your customers. Space was short but that is the condition they bound to face. Bed & furniture was not in good condition. Please take care of that. Abundant parking space. Although i didn’t enjoy spa due to paucity of time but ambience, staff & quality seems good. Will love to enjoy next time. I recommend this place for family & friends as good place to enjoy.

Our stay was very comfortable. Great customer service. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The ambience of the Nirbana Palace - A Heritage Hotel and Spa is excellent. The pool area is well lighted up and looks amazing in the night. There is a travel desk in the Nirbana Palace - A Heritage Hotel and Spa that helps the customers with cab bookings. Overall, a great place to stay where one can have the opportunity of experiencing royalty by staying in a palace like atmosphere.

Stayed there for two nights, it is the only heritage Nirbana Palace - A Heritage Hotel and Spa in jaipur which proves to be one. With all the amenities, it has delicious breakfast spread and the location of the Nirbana Palace - A Heritage Hotel and Spa is not traceable from main road however once you see it, it is an experience in itself. Otherwise, the location of the Nirbana Palace - A Heritage Hotel and Spa is very much near by landmarks within 2 km sphere like hawa mahal, rajmandir cinema etc which you can cover by local transport available at Nirbana Palace - A Heritage Hotel and Spa’s doorstep like metro, e rikshaw etc.

The Nirbana Palace - A Heritage Hotel and Spa has great staff and hospitality with a beautiful building which imitates old rajasthan architecture. The facilities include a multi cuisine restaurant, spa and a courtyard with a swimming pool. The rooms very really clean and equipped with all necessities. The only problem is the location of the Nirbana Palace - A Heritage Hotel and Spa as it's a little far from the city center and doesn't have anything special in the vicinity.

We had a great time staying at nirbana. I loved the way staff was so courteous, polite. The warmth they give to their guests is rarely seen nowadays. Would definitely come back for a stay again. Specially the way they are with kids and making parents comfortable definitely deserve a praise. Loved the way they were quick in making meals for babies. Love you nirbana team. We stayed at nirbana palace and i must appreciate every possible thing there. Right from booking to keeping rooms ready. Must add that rooms were sparkling clean and service was very quick. All the staff and managers are polite and cooperative there. The breakfast spread had wide range of variety and very tasty. Kids get complimentary breakfast. Hotel was with very good ambiance and overall feel was great. Food was very expensive compared to the quality. In the busy long weekend also the buffet was not available (later provided. Hotel staff was very cooperative and helpful. There is nothing for kids other than pool is something which must be there.
