vet small rooms and unaware staff

The rooms felt much smaller than in pictures. With no space to walk around in the rooms with absolutely unaware and unqualified staff who have no idea what they say and also with no idea of time. One of the executives would say 1 pm check out at no extra charge which 99 percent of5 stars will offer but then were introduced half day charge if check out after 12 noon. The approach is in a small colony.

extremely poor service and untidy rooms. when we arrived, there were no water bottles, i had to call the housekeeping thrice for water and then they arrive with the RO bottle without asking my preference of mineral water or normal... on asking for TWO dental kit specifically , they sent just one... no hand towels. sheet waste of money...not sure how they have 4+ rating

I want to remain anonymous for this review as it is not the best one for them. The room that we were allotted was filled with cockroaches and other insects, no proper toiletries were given and even after asking for Wifi access we were not provided that, we specially went downstairs to the reception to ask for it, but in vain as the receptionist was too busy to not spare a moment to tell us passwords. Now, coming to the good part, the food was good, the ambience was nice gave a palace vibe, rooms were okay.
