It was nice experience to stay at nirmal cottage

Lot more to say but i will specify in simple cons : 1. Restriction to food time feel like you are in hostel like lunch 12 :30 pm and dinner upto 9:30pm breakfast 9 am 2. Checkin time no body was there at reception 3. No temp check 4. We are the only family in the premise price looks like 3 star prop. 5. They even didnt ask food choice like jain or any allergic if they are going to cook just pav bhaji 6. At the time of entering or leaving or when-over you want to go main gate also need to open by self 7. Tv setup box not recharged 8. Looks owner just interested in making money for their weekend party 9. Even when no facilities available they are very strict to checkout extension not even ready for 1:30 and that too when we checked in 4:30 and full property is vacant if guest were therw definitely i can understand. 10. In night lot of ants are there in room from window we had cleaned by our self only. Matteresses and bed are very basic they didnt have extra bed facility. Very disappointed just one good thing lot of flowers and garden is there which i think owners also staying there i had selected as its written only families allowed but owners bungalow themselves having party till late night. I will not recommend families those whi are going for leisure for bachelors its must be good i had click pic also where u see diff from actual

Place is peaceful, calm, surrounded with natural beauty. Enjoyed my stay with family. Carrying golden memories on the way back.

Good food, service as you desired

Its a decent size cottage in a peaceful location on the main Road. However, the cottage has started to show age and need refurbishment. The pool is ok. But the best part is the hospitality. Very very courteous.

Mr.Anil Saraf is the perfect host. He ensured that right from the travel route till the time we checked out everything was taken care. We were travelling with our 1 year old son for the first time for an outing and hence were worried about the food, schedule etc. However, Mr.Anil and his entire staff were very kind enough to provide us with the baby food (kichdi) when required along with other special requests. My wife was even allowed to use the kitchen area (outside the peak hours) to prepare some stuff for our son. Overall, excellent stay and a must repeat. Thanks to the entire staff of Nirmal Cottage.

Staff is courteous, polite and helpful. Nice location very peaceful. Food was amazing. Good Deal. Friendly Atmosphere. Nice Rooms though don't have view but they are very comfy and cozy. Feel like visiting this place again and again. Only problem was with the bathroom otherwise the property is well maintained . They should provide hot water facility in shower too .

This was one of the most awesome stays I have ever had in places around Mumbai. What you look for in a place is cleanliness, safety and food. It scores maximum on all these counts. The owner manages everything round the clock and is just a shout away. Food is just awesome. No fancies but ideal for family. I highly recommend this to everyone especially if you are travelling with family. Kihim beach and Mandva beach is close by

Food was really good bundled with courteous service. Only problem was with the bathroom otherwise the property is well maintained. One peculiar thing is that the owner herself is involved in the overall operations of the hotel/cottage. Nice getaway over the weekend. Will recommend this hotel to everyone. Best, Amit

Normal cottage is not one a room to stay .. But it has a beautiful serenity ... Service is very good .. Staff is friendly. Excellent variety of veg home food .. All facilities are available ... Well maintained place ..

The hotel staff and owner are very rude towards customers... Very unprofessional behaviour.. Feels like you have come to a hostel every little thing you try to do has some kind of restriction... There are around 20 cameras which owners themselves keep tracking 24/7. The food was average and there was limited choice as compared to price that I had paid. And you can't even smoke inside the hotel according to hotel policy you are not allowed to smoke inside the hotel or room and sit out outside the room is of no use if you not allowed to smoke. I had made the worst decision of booking this hotel. So I suggest you guys please think before booking.

The property is well maintained. Owners and the staff is very helpful. Food is very tasty and home like. Swimming pool is very clean and well maintained. Overall a very calm and relaxing place. Worth visiting.

Nirmal cottages is worth visiting in Alibaug, it is one of best properties anyone can look for. Owner takes good care of his guests. Food is best, we went for 1 day trip had healthy lunch & dinner.. Decent breakfast & high tea. Cottages are clean, swimming pool is small 8 of us occupied entire pool we had good time in pool. Indoor sports was also sufficient & well maintained. I will visit normal cottages whenever I plan Alibaug next time.. Thank you cottages for making our best family experience.
