I have stayed in this Nirmal Palace for 3 days with family. Location is just 5 minute walk to charbagh railway station and lots of food options and restaurants available near Nirmal Palace. Condition of room and washroom is average thats why giving 4 rating, but at this low price they are providing Ac and geyser which is sufficient. Nirmal Palace staff is very very supportive and polite. Definately next time also going to book this Nirmal Palace only👌👌👌👌

My trip was good I booked that for 3 nights first day I face lots of challenge just like room not good washroom was not good but second day they shifted me in another room that was good but washroom door not locked properly I complain to manager and they resolved the problem staff was too good and polite I liked management staff and service was excellent 👌

Good staff room cleaning was good. Everything comes on right time. Reception staff was very good. This Nirmal Palace is near by lucknow junction and charbag. Travel-ling are amazon also. Transport was easily available when you are required. Near food shop are also available. This was very beautiful Nirmal Palace.

Very nice place to stay in. Rooms are big and clean. Room services are provided in time. Switch and other electrical fittings needs to be repaired. Fooding option and quantity is limited to menu card. If you wish to have something other than the menu card you have to arrange it yourself.

Room was good. Services provided were quite ok and we enjoyed it. Staffs were friendly. Only problem with room was that there was no ventilation. It was packed from all sides. It was like looking on walls and back. Though ambience was very good. In total i liked the room.
