Nirman homestay is located in an area full of restaurants and NIRMAN HOMESTAY 5 Mins Walk To Beachs. The host satya and his sister were very kind and helpful. We had ome cooked food from mithajali who is satya s sister. It was healthy and delicious. There is also a pure veg eatery right next to nirman were we sampled a meal and it was delicious and very reasonable. The host was very warm and kind. The approach to the place is not easy as it is off the main road for first timers. Ater that it becomes very easy. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. For a budget stay this is a great stay for the price. Overall i had a nice time at nirman. The beach is close by and i enjoyed a good walk on the beach

The location is 1. 6 km from the puri station. The host called me and gave me the NIRMAN HOMESTAY 5 Mins Walk To Beach location which made it easier to reach there. The room was pretty decent, the bed was comfy, and the room, washroom was clean. Had a decent breakfast provided by the NIRMAN HOMESTAY 5 Mins Walk To Beach. All the basic facilities were available. The host was very humble and considered. I enjoyed my stay there.

Warm welcome and no issues. Heads up for others is take your towel & blanket & soap n brush + toothpaste because it's a homestay. So its homelike and that's to be managed by you.
