I stayed at this Nirmitee Nyahari Niwas for 3 days. It's a budget friendly place. Loved Kokani food with lots of varieties. Staff here is very co-operative and polite. Rooms are maintained very well. Vehicles are provided on rent on demand. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Most importantly, place is very near to the beach. Spoke with the owner Mr. Mandar Govekar as well. Very helpful guy, helped me to extend my stay for reasonable charges. The only issue I found was, lack of proper network due to which I could not contact people. They made available all the water sports activities like scuba diving, parasailing, banana rides etc in reasonable rates. To sum up, if you are looking for a budget friendly Nirmitee Nyahari Niwas with good services, good and variety of food, friendly and polite staff which caters all your needs like travelling, Wi-Fi, water sports activities etc, then you can definitely go for this place for sure. The overall experience was really great and would like to visit one day again.

The Nirmitee Nyahari Niwas stay was good with good fresh, hot and spicy malvani food to eat. The Wairy beach is surprisingly near just 150 meters. The beach is good to spend some family time bathing in the clean water and white sand. No water sport here. Calm peaceful beach. The food was prepared as per order. Out of the 2 floors the 1st floor is renovated and far better than ground floor.
