Property is at wonderful place. Staff are very good. There's an expectation of high tips, ok human nature. Value for money. But property can be maintained with little more care. Wonderful experience. Just beside the river, with the temple. There's a sound issue at the temple mind is always on!

Hotel location very far away

We did not expect this hotel to be so far away from City. There is no Road directly to hotel and we have to use hanging bridge to reach there. We couldn't reach the hotel as hotel provided contact no was switched off and we couldn't locate the exact location

If you want a peaceful week-end, this is the place

The property is on an island on river Mahanadi near Cuttack. One side of the property is close to the river, and one can enjoy the view from the comfortably located seating area next to the river. The garden around the hotel rooms is very well-maintained. Nearby there is a Shiva temple, and the devotional songs and music add a touch of typical Odishi culture. Food is vegetarian, but nice. The island is presumably god's own country, and non-vegetarian is not allowed. Service is excellent, very helpful people once you reach near the place, give them a call and after that they will take care of you.
Basic items are there, frills are absent, nice people, reasonable price.
