I was missing AC service in room. 2ndly, complete Service kit was not like dental kit, chappal for our side roaming . Other wise every thing was perfect like cleanliness, infrastructure and room condition
Nirupamratan Homestay Close by ISBT
This gentleman booked non AC room ,tariff rs 1000. He expect ac service in non AC room .He demanded two bottle of mineral water ,which was provided by the staff ,while at the time of checked out he refused to pay. The checkout time was 12:00 hrs ,this gentleman told to staff to extend one day and at 1500hrs he suddenly checked out with out paying any thing . He demand all the facility of five star at the cost of Rs 1000.Thiugh we provided sleeper , dental kit but not to the status of architect. He claimed him self architect. Seems to mentally disturbed.

Ambience was excellent but the staffs ' behaviour was unprofessional to an extent that the security could have been compromised. Fooding options are unavailable and more importantly the food delivery services probably don't serve there because we didn't receive our order.

Large and spacious rooms with excellent housekeeping services. Hygiene was also up to the mark, the connectivity is agreeable as it's near to colleges, railway station and isbt. Cons the receptionist and host were quite rough at times during the stay, drinking water wasn't proper.

Stayed here for one night, rooms was very spacious and clean, there is a very much exposure to nature at hotel, overall nice experience but hotel was costly for 1 person

It is a very neat property with hospitable hosts and budget friendly too! very close to mind rolling monetary, a must visit when in dehradun. It would be great to provide guests with a microwave to warm up food! it's just a friendly suggestion!
