Nirvana Guest House

The location and facilities were really good, the food was ok. They can improve on providing basic toiletries daily as well as basic services like bottle waters and tea items for the rooms. The staff were polite. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The location was at a walkable distance from the main road, the rooms were good but had a little problem with one room because of non ventilation though the other room was good...overall had a good stay with co-operative staffs.

Location is really awesome silent and peaceful. Service of the staff is very good they are behaving well . Provided all the required stuff at the time of calling. Really a nice place to stay . Food is also good less oily and feel like home cooked. Overall I am satisfied.

Location is good. Didn't tried any food. Behavior was excellent. Slightly costly as per room standard. Location is good. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom is clean and hygiene. Bathroom fittings are somewhat older. Needs improvement.

Nirvana is an excellent property with clean rooms, good food and helpful staff

The room we stayed was bit small for 3 persons. The double bed was also small for 2 persons. Booking was for 3 persons so they should provide 3 towels, 3 water bottles, 3 glasses etc but they provided only 2. After asking extra they provided extra towel and glass but refused for water bottle. Also they provide water bottles for first day only while we stayed there for 4 nights. It seems cheap if you pay for 4 nights and they refuse to give water bottles of Rs 10x 3. What if a guest books daily and do daily chekin instead of booking for 4 days?

Excellent service by the entire team. I had checked in early and was informed about the extra convenience charge with which i was okay. I had work throughout the day so i hardly stayed for even 4 hours. So it was a warm gesture at the time of checkout when they didn’t charge a penny and understood the situation. The place is excellent. The room is nice, washrooms are clean. Great place for stay.

With the hospital accessible and located in a silent space, what more can a person ask for. Everything was top notch, definitely would visit again.

Nice stay at this guest house. Away from city, however they will provide very big room and bathroom. Each room has nice bengali name, which shows their test and culture. Need to improve the food quality. The price is little higher compare to any food app service.

Staff was too laid back. Food was average at best and was almost always served late. We had to almost miss our train due to 1. 5 hours lead time for breakfast.
