Nirvana Resort and Restaurant

Good parts: 1) the property is a month old, so everything is new. 2) location is close to sou. 3) rooms are comfortable. 4) service is quick. Things to improve: 1) owners need to polish the way they interact, especially the guy at the desk. 2) we stayed for two nights, had arsed our room to be cleaned. But when we returned, one room's towels were not replaced, instead wet ones were just folded and kept on the rack. Other rooms towels were missing. Handwash, shampoo were not refilled, we ran out and had to call for it. 3) things were quickly resolved, but we had to ask for things were are basics in most properties. 4) need to bring value for money, is not justified, just for the room. 5) breakfast needs to improve too 6) the entry door is of glass, and covered with a curtain. The problem is, every-time you want to open the room you have to move the curtain to a side, thereby giving you no privacy, as room is completely visible from outside. Imagine you taking a shower, and you have to open the room door to let someone in the room. The property seems nice, but there are small small issues. Giving it my behifit of doubt that it's a fairly new property, and will get better with experience

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. Good things: 1. The property is very scenic with greens all around. 2. The rooms were clean and the room service was at par with what one can expect from a 3-star Nirvana Resort and Restaurant 3. The food was pretty okay; neither great nor bad. The breakfast spread was also okay 4. The swimming pool was big and clean 5. The location of the property is away from the main city and you will find difficulties in catching an auto. Though o la cabs are easily available things they really need to improve: 1. Wifi: we have an air-tel which doesn't work at the property. So, i had to use their wifi. The speed was darn slow ~2-3 mbps. For every online meeting, i had to go out of the property to the main road (airtel was working outside the property on the main road. 2. Staff's courteousness: when i complained about the wi-fi, the staff was least interested. One of them even said - "this is what it is. Overall it was a good experience if i skip the internet part

The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. One standout feature was the Nirvana Resort and Restaurant's dining options. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, my stay at the nirvana resort was excellent, and i would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers. The combination of a convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations made for a memorable stay.

We celebrated our daughter's 6th birthday at nirvana resort and it turned out to be one of the best till now. Every part of the property is breathtaking. Green, beautiful, fresh and inviting! the suite was very tastefully done and was magnificent. The kids had a wonderful time playing at the pool, the kids play area and at the lush green lawns. The food served at the restaurants was sumptuous and we were treated with some gorgeous signature desserts. Most importantly, each person was warm and cheerful making us feel very comfortable and special too! they made this quiet celebration, a wonderful experience. We would recommend this place for every special occasion.

We really had pleasant experience by staying in Nirvana resort. The Nirvana Resort and Restaurant rooms were cozy, comfortable, sooothing there. They have all wooden interior, bathrooms were also very spacious. They gave shampoo, conditioner, hair oil ,shower gel in rooms. The room service is also very quick there. We had pleasant hassle free checkin and checkout process. The food in restaurant was also very tasty, value for money. The staff service was very quick. We really do not have to wait long for our food. 5 stars for the place

Resort's location is convenient if you plan to visit statue of unity. Service staff is courteous and good service. Reception desk needs improvement, they won't make you feel welcome, doing their duty for the sake of it. Deluxe cottage was clean and neat. They provided with extra bed which we asked and paid for but the bedding given with extra mattress was not clean, probably used one. Property is good, clean and amenities like swimming pool. Breakfast spread was decent and service was good again.

The property was great. The stay was most comfortable. The food too was awesome.

It’s a very good space for travellers. Place is safe, hygienic, clean and full of greenery , good staff service and food is excellent and good price, as well swimming pool is also well maintained and located at far upper side , it’s will get you some privacy

Had a lovely relaxing 4 nights stay at the resort. The staff is very helpful and kind. The buffet breakfast and buffet dinner had a vast variety of dishes. All in all a good experience

The stay was very good. Allbasic facilities were present. Local transport and room service are the areas which needs significant improvement.

Their services are really very good. We could spend the whole day of birthday party without any trouble, stuffs are so helpful. Food is affordable and yummy. The pool is very neat and clean, specially the owner truly helped and guided us very well. Thank you
