Nirvana Retreat Gangtok

We had a great stay at Nirvana Retreat, Gangtok. The bedrooms were spacious and the food felt like home. The staff, Nima and Nimgya were very hospitable and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I however would recommend that the hotel provides buffet option for breakfast. Overall it was a great experience.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, location and exceptional hospitality. Staff member was friendly, attentive, and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend!

The staff was so good and so helpful in any situation

Very Good location, WiFi service and connectivity was great. STAFF were very polite and very quick to complete and needs guests required. The place has a Generator for power cuts. All around it is a wonderful place to visit.

This is a newly built hotel and there is absolutely NO service available at this place, they have charged around 1500 for breakfast but only served bread and omelette,as vegetarian it is very difficult to stay in such a place .

Very nice stay, comfortable and spacious rooms, very friendly and cooperative staff. Special mention of Nima Sherpa for his impeccable hospitality.

It was nice stay and full of peace. From the washroom and bedroom there was a scenic view of the valley and the waterfall sound gives , peace , calm. fully relaxed however my trip was hectic, due to distance of mg marg from hotel.

The location was far away from city and the location was not available on Google map. At the preset it was very difficult to find the hotel. Stay was ok. Staff was good, rooms were clean.

Owner was helping. He has arranged everything on a single call. Fooding was average. Hotel staff was decent well groomed.

Good: The valley view rooms are great. Clean and well maintained rooms with required facilities and wifi. Bad: 1. The location is faraway from mg marg and no local shops nearby. 2. For food, you'll have limited options in the hotel and because of the location you may need to take a cab. 3. The washrooms are without any exhaust. And this could be a major problem. 4. All rooms are not the same even though paid same money for both. 5. Service is satisfactory and needs improvement.

Stay was good, Hotel staff was good and helpful. Needs to get their kitchen started.

geyser was not working, no restraunts to order food from. room was okayish. traveling was hectic to the hotel. it's no where near tashi view point. it's nearly 4-5 kms away

It's a new hotel, it is well maintained and gives a good time to relax, offers good views. Has access to the city. Nima, the owner has been excellent in providing great services. I will be visiting again. Thank you, Nima!

The stay with the nirvana retreat was great, the people were very helpful, polite, and their behaviour was appreciated. The food was also simple, homely, the room was clean and big with a nice view.

Hotel stuff behaviour is too bad. And location also.

It was a very good experience, the hotel service was good, specially nee-ma bhai helped a lot, if you come to gangtok then do visit here once, and the ambience of the hotel is very good, overall is a very good hotel
