We stayed here for 2 nights. Location is perfect. Close to the railway station and 30 min from airport, attached to a mall, chaudhry's restaurant is 2 min walk away, close to ramgarh taal, git a press and other landmarks. Food was amazing with plenty of options. We invited guests over to the Nirvana Sarovar Portico Gorakhpur's restaurant for dinner and everybody loved the food and hospitability. Hospitability of the staff was the best i have seen. Very down to earth staff, very friendly, making sure guests get the best service. We met shubham during breakfast and he took care of us. I have dietary restrictions and he made sure that the food is prepared keeping that in mind. Every person we interacted, be it check in desk, room service, restaurant during breakfast and dinner, every-time we got to see the best service and smiling faces who are ready to do anything to make your stay comfortable. We booked deluxe room and got our room on 6th floor. The room was clean, housekeeping cleaned our room twice which was unexpected lol, view out the room was amazing. In all we enjoyed our trip and wished we had stayed in this city and this Nirvana Sarovar Portico Gorakhpur longer

Nirvana sarovar portico has become my favored Nirvana Sarovar Portico Gorakhpur during gorakhpur visits on the back of their consistent great service, good hygiene, awesome food quality and eagerness to leave guests feeling 'desired' once you stay here, you will not look at any other option. It is also a wonderful wedding venue besides being located in the very heart of the city with ad mall being right next to it and most important places being 5-10 minutes away. I appreciate each of their staff's endeavours to keep guests happy but would like to mention especially : amitabh & arjun for banquet reservations - they'll deliver all that is promised and agreed upon to make your event a grand success! shubham yadav for handling in-room dining services so immaculately till late hours and still will greet you with a welcome smile next morning at their buffet breakfast front office staff are all courteous and attentive towards you

As a solo woman traveler, i think this is a good Nirvana Sarovar Portico Gorakhpur, safe with value for money. Upon arrival i was greeted politely by the front desk staff and offered a welcome drink. Mr. Ashok from the front desk was very helpful in quick check in. They upgraded my room too. The deluxe room as well as it's bathroom are quite spacious. Bathroom had all the basic toiletries and was clean. Food served was delicious and warm at all times. Mr. Ajeet and mr. Shubham were my servers for the two day stay. The buffet breakfast had different menu on both days. The housekeeping staff mr. Karan was very helpful when one of the window shades had a problem. Overall highly recommended place.

I liked the ambience, room was clean and the stay was very comfortable. Staff was polite. However, i would suggest that the Nirvana Sarovar Portico Gorakhpur staff should keep some basic medicines handy. As i was in urgent need of paracetamol and a pain killer, but due to late night all the shops were closed and Nirvana Sarovar Portico Gorakhpur staff did not had any medicine.

Rooms are decent and clean. However, sheets are not changed on a daily basis. Breakfast spread is average but taste wise no complaints. Service at the breakfast is an issue, better not to have too high expectations. Room service is much better with polite and smiling staff. Reception and check in / check out is average. On the whole manageable for one or two nights.

It is a comfortable stay and the best part is that they have a 24hr kitchen which means you are never hungry. The food cost is nominal and it's actually very tasty. I recommend family stay as well as business stay. The only issue is with the limited non veg spread in breakfast. Only egg options. No chicken food in breakfast like sausage, salami etc

Nice property equipped with all modern amenities. Staff behaviour was excellent, breakfast was delicious and variety spread was very good. Hotel maintenance and hygiene was superb. Overall it was awesome stay. Location of Nirvana Sarovar Portico Gorakhpur was very convenient. Velet parking was available. All this makes stay comfortable.

Nice large clean and hygienic rooms. The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The management of the Nirvana Sarovar Portico Gorakhpur could invest in sound proofing of the rooms.

Excellent property but children food n milk was worst. Specially milk. Overall food not good for everyone.

I stayed at the property for two days. The stay ws overall comfortable. The staff is very courteous. Just one thing that’s a big miss here is a swimming pool. I believe without a swimming pool a property cant get the 5 star rating.

Since the entering upon check in till leaving on check out was as expected as had heard. All the staffs are very smiley face and helpful. I shall remember kamlesh in restaurant, rajneesh at reception. Food is good. Will come back here soon.
