Nisarg Resort

Nisarg resort is a very spacious and lovely resort with big and hygienic rooms. The room had a good scenic view. The food was good especially the breakfast (yummy hot methi paratha and thalpeeth. You have to be careful in your order as they serve huge quantity. The resort keeps shows like mardani khel in morning and playing lezim on some good koli songs. The flute musical program was also good and a treat to hear some oldies along with the delectable dinner. Overall we enjoyed a lot at the resort. I suggested that they should have more indoor games as well as outdoor games for kids.

I had kolhapur veg thali in lunch and mutton kharda thali in dinner both were amazingly delicious and found out they hire local ladies to cook food at resort and that’s why food was light & fulfilling.
Travel-ling from Goa to Mumbai was looking a peaceful stopover at kolhapur. After thorough research decided for nisarg resort & it was worth every time spent. Although I felt charges for a weekday were on higher side and aggressive pricing & marketing could get them resort full for complete year due to beautiful location.

Purpose of visit was mood refreshment, our room was upgraded to a single stone cottage. A real great view from the stone cottage of the nature. Morning we had a small trekking into the nature. Positive of the Nisarg Resort Excellent location. Clean rooms & toilet, with all the accessories. Place for relaxation. Suggestion for improvements. Electric Switches & sockets need to be changed. Room service need to be improved. Night man power is less. Variety in food is not available, but food is delicious.

Nisarga Resort has a fantastic location, closer to the Panhala fort and highway yet nestled away from all commotion. The rooms are tastefully done, simple yet thoughtfully done and very appealing. Service is nice, simple warm people. Food was okay. The resort has a rustic appeal. Restaurant has been done up with vintage collection of utensils and artefacts which are super! The view is fantastic from sit out area. On the whole is a good place.

We stayed there for a day on our way to Goa and it was exactly what we wanted. A calm and relaxing place to refresh. Place is around 20km from Kolhapur and in a secluded area. Has a wonderful view of Kolhapur from the rooms. Restaurant has limited menu for lunch and dinner but everything is good in taste though I would have preferred it to be less oily but overall food quality was good. Would love to go back sometime again.

It's truly a fantastic experience and worth the stay. The good things about the Nisarg Resort are the food and the staff. I stayed in a suite room with a bathtub. It's good but hot water keeps remaining a problem. The resorts has ample space for the management to keep some more activities within the resort. The food is very good. The staff is very polite and warm.

Superb resort for relaxing weekend. Amazing night view of Kolhapur from bathtub/ balconies/. Rooms are very clean. Staff is courteous. Restaurant offers good marathi food. Game room is good for entertainment I recommend this property to anyone who wants to unwind and relax. Also this can be good option as a 1 day stop over for Goa to Pune/Mumbai or travel.

Rooms are very spacious ,, all facing valley and have nice view at night .. Balcony and bathrooms are very spacious too. Wow factor in the room is private mini swimming pool with hot water facility .. Nice tasty breakfast and authentic local food on the menu .. Staff are good too and nice place to stay over weekend near Kolaphur or panala fort

The location is awesome! Rooms are well-maintained with a beautiful view of the valley. Good local food especially the kolhapuri non veg. Glad they didn't have multicuisine food. Staff is courteous and helpful.

We decided to make this a pit stop on the way to goa. We were very surprised experience a lovely quiet little resort. Would recommend a nights stop here to anyone who is driving to goa from mumbai.

Amazing Resort. I came for a day but could not stop extending another day. Beautiful location. Well maintained. Owner met all guests. Will be back!

It was a great experience with Nisarg Resort, really liked everything, location was unbelievable. Food quality very good and staff cooperation was additional good valued things. We can see the entire Kolhapur city from resort, the night scenery was extreme.

Awesome place to stay and gather together with family. Best environment, healthy stay, beautiful location, delicious food with great service, good amenities, staff very co-ordinating, supporting, provide good guidance.

Place is quit and had good valley view, it’s quit far from kolhapur city. But if you want peace and nature this is the place. Food quality is ok but it’s little expensive value for money wise

Fed up of the daily chaos, decided to take a break and head off to Goa. Decided to stop over near Kolhapur. Great location. Super clean property which well maintained by some polite and very helpful staff.
