Washrooms were very old as well as stinking not much of options in breakfast as well as cooking staff was a bit rude not worth the money you are spending

Wonderful experience staying at Nishantam, Rishikesh. Awesome view of Mountains , river side as well as mini forest - a blend of complete natural beauty. The staff are very polite. Food is also good. I would say a complete package for relaxing and enjoying the nature at Nishantam.

The experience was very bad, 1. Food was not good. 2. Very frequent power cut. 3. No one picked up call at reception. 4. Bad room service 👎👎

Location and food was very good. Post check in the rooms, we found the rooms and toilet were too dirty with dust and flush was also smelly. it was not cleaned before allowed to check in . Apart from this concern everything was good

Nishantam offers the best of Rishikesh, it is away from the city's bustle and noise and nearby to all the major attractions. The resort in itself is wonderful with big rooms, all necessary facilities and exceptional view. Stream of Him river flowing right beside the resort is like a cherry on the cake. Nishantam offers great food and is hosted by a wonderful staff.

I am not availed the room services due to not pickup the call any hotel person.

The property is good location wise but rest all is really bad.It was not clean and I found cockroach at breakfast table(buffet table).Bathrooms were not clean and when I asked staff to clean it they just handed over a floor wiper which was shocking.Hotel really doesn’t deserve a rating of 3 and the money which we paid for one day so it was wasted. Hotel really requires a ranovation as location and structure is good but the maintenance is below the standards of even a 2 star hotel.Please don’t get fooled by the pictures ,they are very old when they opened this property many years ago and now its condition is really bad.

Break fast was so bad. Bed were in very bad condition. Approaching road to place is not good. Need to walk around 600 m which no one like

My stay at your resort was very pleasant, i came with my wife. She is actually very food y she loved the food which made my day. Excellent food, customised services. Staff were very polite and humble. Would love to visit again and again. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

Nice place - totally away from the crowd. Best place to stay near nature. The food was good like home taste. River side location gives positive vibes.

Location of property is good with good food and behavior of staff, however lacks of simple basic man management. Have very little staff and no presentation even by the manager who roams in dirty t-shirt ( what discipline others will follow. There is no parking at property, one has to walk and trek 300 m from parking. Strickly no for individuals have back or breathing issues and elders. For trackers its a good place to be in with comfort and good food minus some service. Will give 2. 5-3 star

Staff and property was good but it lacks major cleanliness, room was dirty and wasn’t cleaned before providing it to us, and as we reached late at night there wasn’t anyone available to clean it, there was things spilled on the floor which was attracting all the insects, it was hard to sleep in such environment

Place was beautiful near a flowing stream. Room service and food were also great. Location was a little difficult to find as it is little different than in google maps. Overall stay was great!

Services are nice and quick. Staff was humble. Rooms were clean and equipped with all amenities. Location was great.

The location of the property is a bit tricky to find so we were in constant touch with the manager who guided us thoroughly. It's around 400 m walk from the common paid parking to the resort which can be tiring for some. The property is well maintained and looks premium in every aspect be it the rooms, dining area or reception. The staff is polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and quite spacious. Food was also up to the mark. I would rate my stay 4/5

We already informs that we will reach till 5 pm but till 6pm rooms was not ready, we waited till 30 mins. We are tired but they don't care about customers they care only for money. Also they did not gave the rooms which was we expected because which photos they are showing some are fakes. So, very disappointed. I will never visit this hotel again and not prefer to others. Yes there was a positive thing about dinner. Food was so delicious with sufficient quality which was not in my package. But which was in my package like breakfast tht is delicious but needs much wait for food like poori.

1. Fridge was there but not working. When we reached that remote location, the owner as well as the other numbers mentioned on mm t were not picking up calls. We were stuck there for 1 hour approx. The lock of the room was not working. You can close the door from inside but cannot open it back. Again, they have nothing to get this resolved. Staff was so lazy and food was rubbish. Overall the worst experience ever.

In app there is another room and hotel management give other room. Very bad experience. And hotel manager is so arrogant dont have basic manner how to talk with guest. Very bad experiences

For families having kids should not go, don't have enough thing do to for kids. Experience ok but for a day not worth it highly priced resort. Room ok service ok
