It was a good stay. I had booked standard room but I was upgraded to suite. The breakfast was also good. The staff were helpful.

Room number 204 dish TV recharge not available and geyser not running during winter season otherwise all ok good hygiene including outside inside all

The hotel stay started off on a disappointing note. I arrived for an important interview, reaching the hotel at 9:45 am, just fifteen minutes before my scheduled meeting at 10:00 am. Despite seeing rooms vacant, the front desk staff bluntly refused my request for an early check-in, offering no assistance or understanding of my situation. Only after repeated requests and unnecessary hassle did they finally allow me to check in. This stressful experience left a negative impression, especially when time was crucial.
