NK Residency (Property At Kedarnath Trek Start Point)

It's terrible experience staying in 4th floor without lift & support & when you are tired. Careless Attitude of staff

It was 10 mins walk from the Haridwar station. Room and toilet were clean with enough toiletries. Stuff were courteous. Rooms were bit smaller than what was shown in picture.

The rooms are okay. However, it is not worth the steep price. One gets a bonus view of slums along with mountain view. One has to walk atleast 15-20min from Gaurikund Trekker stop to reach the hotel as the hotel doesn't provide any transportation. Would recommend staying at Sonprayag and avoid the hassle altogether. One has to walk atleast 15-20 min uphill to reach the property as there is no transportation. Not recommended at all.

Today, the management of NK Residency misbehaved with us and humiliated my wife, Mrs. Priyanka Bokan, regarding the non-provision of basic facilities that were clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Despite our booking including these amenities, they refused to provide a room heater and other basic facilities, demanding extra payment for the same. When we questioned this unfair demand, the management argued with us, used abusive language, and asked us to vacate the room. We have also recorded a video of the incident as evidence of their misconduct and unprofessional behavior.

Pathetic hotel never visit there. You will have to climb 4 floors to reach reception. Its a scam going there

Location is very nice and the management also very good and helpful. Only the problem which I felt rooms are starting from 3rd or 4th floor so you have to climb up the stairs to get into your rooms.

Location is good but u have to climb many floors of stairs which is very steep . No service as such . Average property.

Location is right at the beginning of the Kedarnath trek starting point. Rooms were clean and hygienic. food was very good. the staff were polite. Keep cash in hand as online payment is not always accepted

There is no lift and the first room starts with 3rd floor from ground zero.

Property is located on the Baba Kedarnath track starting point. Thanks one of the best point. Hotel reception is on third floor and further you may need to climb 2 to 3 floors for your room and that's a bit challenging with high and narrow steps. May be a warm up for pilgrims. Amenities are very basic not like 3* but can not expect much at such locations. They have mentioned Kettle in room amenities at MMT but denied providing the same saying that never mentioned. MMT should correct the details Food is good. Staff behavior also good.

This is the worst hotel than i never seen. Especially for ladies and senoir citizenship. The hotel have vertical stair to go to the reception and room. i am suggesting to all don't go in this hotel.Dont go on the photo of room and hotel. it just opposite

Well located in gaurikund to start your journey early to kedarnath. Food was ok.

Hanger was broken in the bathroom. Towel was not clean, a shabby smell was all over the room. Hotel staff lies and cheats when he says he adjusted the return money of the oxygen cylinder that he brought for us with his tips.

Very worst staff and managers after paying approx 4500 geysers not working, staffs 1% not cooperative misbehave & rude

The hotel demanded extra large money

Property is good but be prepared to climb 5-6 floor before reaching your room. Also you can get similar rooms at half the rate there at other properties.
