Noah's Ark

Stayed with my friend for a day. Available for daily/monthly rent options with both ac and non ac options. Overall it was a positive experience. Positives: 1. Clean and hygiene 2. Good parking space 3. Somewhat calm and silent 4. Proximity to city. Very near to vytilla negatives: 1. No blankets like what we see usually in Noah's Arks with ac rooms 2. No breakfast option but not that much a issue as there are various restaurant options available. 3. Now coming to the room rent, i felt it's bit high compared to the facilities available. It would be great if rates are worked (via mmt) i would rate 4 out of 5.

Majorly the Noah's Ark is at prime location near to vytilla metro hub, vytilla water metro and especially walkable distance to the bus stop, ( especially people who want to go to bangalore). The staff was so generous, and they have even offered a room for fresh up even after we have checked out. There was no issue with the rooms. Ac was all time working and hot water was available all the time. Perfect room for a couple. Ample amount of car parking space was available. I would strongly recommend this Noah's Ark.

The location is 5 minutes (about 600m) walk from vytilla junction, so easily accessible by public transport (both town buses and metro. The room is quite small, though clean and the bathroom is clean and has hot water available at all times. There are no added amenities like an iron press or laundry service. So it's a bare minimum ac room stay at a decent price.

They don't have any food arrangements in the Noah's Ark. The room was spacious and the washroom was clean but it remains wet all day. The Noah's Ark is safe and secured. The location is a bit difficult to locate even in google map. The staffs are very decent. I will recommend this property to others. The property is value for money.

Stay is fine, good staff, hot water was an issue, was not much hot, when enquired they said as its of rainy season they are using solar water heater. But they offered to bring hit water in bucket. In first floor varandah there was some bad smell, but not in room. Plenty of parking space for cars. Overall nice stay for the price

Room was maintained very clean, amenities were all functional, staff was responsive and provided clean-ups, location is in a quiet area, however that does mean it may be a little uncomfortably placed from the main road. Overall it's a basic, budget stay that does give what it needs to.

Staff is professional and room is clean. Loved the stay. Hotel is located in well connected locality where we got public transport to marine drive and other prominent location in cochin. Overall good stay for holiday goers.

Decent one at this price range. Room was neat and clean. Walkable distance from vyttila bus stand. Fan runs very fast at 5 and rest are very slow. Could have been better if this is being fixed. Overall a good stay

Very neat and spacious. The access route is a bit tricky but has a charm of its own. Would stay again.

The property is in a residential area and a bit remote but walkable distance from the main road. Rooms were good and neat. The staff were good and well behaved. Nice and cozy stay.
