Stay is in an apartment. We were provided with torn towels. Cockroaches roaming in the rooms. Bed sheets not cleaned properly.

The property managers were responsive to deal with all the issues we had. The problem was these issues were quite a bit. The AC remote in one of the rooms didn't work. Therefore had to wait 2 hours for a technician to come by to fix it. The water dispenser was left partially open leading to small insects in the water. Upon informing the management, they promptly changed the water and brought a new 5 gallon water bottle for the dispenser. Other than these, the stay was fine.

Terrible experience. Room didn't clean properly.i stay 3hours only then move and find to next hotel.first I enter those place I called to property management many times.he didn't pickup and we were waited outside more than one hour from 12.06 pm.very frustrated.hereafter we won't think about that place

Nice stay for a day. The rooms were cleaned properly. I suggest to improve the service in small things like remote batteries, additional soaps, towels. Etc

Cleaning is average. Ac was not working properly. Our cleaning requests were not prompt y attended. Also they are very careless about your id cards. We missed to ask it back at the time of check in. Later when we asked them about it. The response was “ it is your id card so you must ask. It is not our concern“
