Good for the price you are paying. Decent room, washroom, parking and almost the Centre of the city.

The room was medicore, no tables, just 1 Chair, no travel guide posters for sight seeing, the staff gave expression as if he was hearing the name of the places for the first time. Complimentary breakfast fast was good but it's pure veg.

While I appreciate many aspects of my stay, two significant issues greatly impacted my experience and need to be addressed immediately. ​Firstly, the housekeeping standards were noticeably lacking. Upon closer inspection, the window curtains in my room were heavily dusty and showed visible grime. This suggests basic cleaning protocols are being overlooked and is a significant concern for guest comfort and health. ​Secondly, the service responsiveness was extremely poor. I called to request an iron and ironing board and was told it would be sent to my room. I waited for well over an hour—far longer than an acceptable waiting period for a simple amenity—and the item was never delivered, nor was there any follow-up call from the staff. This level of neglect shows a serious breakdown in communication and operational efficiency. ​These failures, particularly the non-delivery of a requested item after an extensive wait and the basic cleanliness oversight, reflect poorly on the property's commitment to guest satisfaction. I hope these matters are investigated and resolved for future guests.

Bedsheet snd pillows are not clean. Only bare minimum things. That is ok. Cleanliness is the problem. Shabby wondow curtains.

The hotel is well located, with easy access to all parts of the city. The food was excellent. However, the parking facility needs improvement. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Rooms are small, the mattress is very bad, i can feel the bed beneath it. Room service is good. But the food quality is average only. location is good.

The condition of Noorjahan is very poor. The rooms are extremely small, the bathrooms are unclean, and the bed linen is not properly washed. Cupboards are broken, the TV remotes do not work properly, and the AC is also faulty. This place is not at all recommended for families. The staff support is also highly unsatisfactory.

Well I select this hotel because it is closer to highway and have been staying at this property since 2020 whenever I come to palakkad. Offlate I fine the linen quality getting very poor and it's not cleaned properly. Evening pillows smell is very bad.

The staff were very friendly and polite, which was the only positive side of the stay. However, the room was not worth the price. It wasn’t smelly, but there was an excessive amount of dust everywhere. The moment the fan was switched on, the dust spread all over, making it very uncomfortable to breathe — causing irritation in the nose and mouth. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone.

Nothing exceptional, but definitely a decent stay and good breakfast is provided. However, the dinner could have been a lot better.

I've stayed during my visit to my hometown and Its in the place nearby to the town where everything is easily accessible. Stay was good but there are few things to improve like charging points aren't working properly and there was a noise from the restroom wash area's pipe. Checkin was easy staffs are good and Cool. Overall It's a good place to stay.
