The Noorjehans Grand Noor has a nice dining restaurent. Howevever the service from the restaurant closes sharply at 11 pm in case of getting a milk or coffee or juice at night we could not able to get. For late check in and late check out they are charging same rent for two or three hours. The Noorjehans Grand Noor is easily approachable from road as it is in the bye pass road. The channels are only free channels in other languages. Especially being very close to tamilnadu andbmajority of the palakkad are tamils the common channels like sun tv star vijay raj tv etc should also to be added in the okay list of the tv in rooms. The receptionist is inexperienced and hot conveying proper messages to the dining. If we order one coffee and onek they will supply two tea. This is the carelessness of the female receptionist. In the restaurant service is nice. One steward namely aneesha was politely doing her work efficiently. The stay is very nice and rooms are clean. For restaurant orders a separate calling number to be provided.

We stayed here for 4 days. The entire Noorjehans Grand Noor, rooms and restaurant was very clean & calm. Highly hygienic washroom. Stffs are are very helpful & polite. The quality of food of noorjahan is very famous. When ever me, wife & son visits palakkad 2-3 times in a year for last 10 years, we used to stay in different Noorjehans Grand Noors. But this time we really satisfied with this Noorjehans Grand Noor. I will recommend noorjahan's grand noor is a suitable place to stay & we will book this Noorjehans Grand Noor for our all upcoming visits at palakkad.

Location is another positive side of this Noorjehans Grand Noor, it is not too inside the city and also near to bypass. So both bypass and city locations can be easily accessible. Breakfast is very limited but the restaurant staff are cooperative. About safety i feel the Noorjehans Grand Noor is safe because the staff are not staring at me, i feel that is the best thing in a Noorjehans Grand Noor.

Gr8 restaurant with good ambience. Room is okay with all basic facilities. But complimentary morning break fast is only vegetarian & food manager is cold & no respect to guest. He has to be a good host to receive the Noorjehans Grand Noor guest. Suppliers take their own time & don't respond to customers. Too poor or else Noorjehans Grand Noor stay is good & comfortable.

Convenient location front office support is good restaurant is nice in first floor suite room where we stayed the distubance of sound from the kitchen work area was very high. The grinder. Mixer etc were kept below the staircase open area and was producing very high sound(may be due to some compliant of those units)

Room wise our stay was satisfied but the service we're disappointed, for instance we called the room service 3times for water bottles, they said they will bring but they didn't lastly we had to reach them out in person to get it. Food wise taste was good but very chill, we went there by 8. 50 am though

1. The stay was very convenient with the breakfast provided 2. Room service was prompt hot water was not available, they checked and tried rectifying when informed. 3. Room linen could’ve been a little bit more clean 4. On the whole it was a very good place to stay. Nothing else the stay was perfect

Service, location etc are good. Room is very neat and clean.

The service was excellent. Staff is well trained and good. Food quality was mind blowing. Having separate wifi for each floor which provides good speed and connectivity. The room was clean and neat. Hot water, ac, tv was available. Hotel is well located and connected to the rest of city.

Good stay. The food is really good. Especially the non vegetarian food is superb. The rooms are very nice. Only the ac is not good as expected.

Overall good experience. Near to town. Friendly staff. Neat room. Restaurant also very good. Highly recommended.

Value for money. Had to stay there for night rest. But cleanliness and location and everything is great.

The experience of stay was marvellous. And the breakfast was also satisfactory for breaking the fast. Enjoyed the stay a lot. Wished to stay a day more, but the schedule was tight so had to leave the place.

No restaurant, all amenities given upon asking so it created everything to request and booked for 2 adults but water bottle, soap etc given for single person
