The hotel is descent and the staff are polite. The location is good, there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Originally this property when I searched in your system it is showing 170 m from the Illam hospitality and banquet Hall. And I received a link after booking that this is the address of the property. But after I reached with family to the location we understand that is wrong address. Then we contact the property Nortel late night... Then they provided another link . Paid extra money and reached the location. Here unfortunately I accuse the mistake from MakeMyTrip. This you are doing for many properties and I had better experience S with MakeMyTrip. Then in the property Nortel Chennai, room services very poor. They don't have any quick action to bring meal from any other hotel nearby. Hope this help you to improve. I am fed up with MakeMyTrip

The flush was not working. The room was not worth the price. The room was dirty and the bathroom gadgets were not working.

The location is good. The property is very old there is paint coming off the walls in the room that was allotted to us there are water supply issues; we had to call twice to check why there wasn't water coming from the tap/shower the jet shower in the washroom wasn't properly working the flush for the commode wasn't functional at all; we had to wait for the bucket to fill and then use the water to flush if the water was available. Wifi is poor and terribly slow we stayed for 3 nights but nobody bothered to even ask for housekeeping/making the bed/ change of linen, replacing the towels or toiletries. Overall a bad experience; would not recommend it to couples or families ever

Good part: location, hospitality. Issues: power-cuts, no proper back-up, geyser is tripping, balcony is not clean, only one light is working, only one speed mode for fan, tv not working. Average for it's price.

a last minute booking before midnight didn't disappoint me after a bad experience. having nowhere to go, makemytrip made it look so easy and i could check a nearby hotel within a matter of minutes of confirmed booking. thank you
