It was a near place and surrounded by local market. Best highlight is location of Hidimba Temple which is about 400 metres walk away from this hotel. Food tasted like home made and the view is breath taking for sure. Essential things are all available at the local markets which are in walking distance from this property. The staff is super helpful and courteous. Do give this property a shot!

Dear Mrinal ji, We apologize for your below average experience. During peak season, the prices are generally on higher side-but still I feel as your both kids were above 6 year old, so I can understand the discomfort in 1 room with 2 extra mattresses for 4 nights. I would have recommended you to book 2 separate rooms, as pricing wouldn't have much difference in this case. I hope you give our brand another chance to compensate your bad experience. We have another resort in Kasol too. I'd suggest you to consider that for your next vacations. I'll make sure you and your family have a worthwhile experience in luxury and duplex suites. Excellent experience, cooperative staff, good room. The room heater should be included in the room price in winter. It cost me extra money to get a heater in the room

Thank you Deeksha ji for choosing us. We are afraid to inform you that we are not centrally heated property and heater is also generally not a safe option to keep as far as fire safety is concerned. We have kept the hotel pricing very genuine even in season dates, and kept heater on demand basis and charged extra. It’s a general trend for most hotels in hill stations, however what we charged for pillar heater is genuine electricity bill for a night in Manali. We hope you visit us again in Manali.
