North Deodar Camps | Swiss Tents & Cafe

A really great place to stay. Though not much people with family specially prefer tent and camps due to kids. But we suggest if you look forward for great experience in couple or with family to stay in a tent stay here.the owner is an old man. Very warm welcoming and friendly. We loved the arrangements and service was really good. Far better then the North Deodar Camps | Swiss Tents & Cafe experience we had in shimla. The tent are given names we had 3 booked for 3 families 2 couples and 1 family with 2 kids. The kids were thrilled with the experience of staying in a lavish tent and view was good. Its a little at distance from the river so its quit kids friendly. They provided bed warmer and heater stand. Very co operative. Soon we were ready and headed to the restaurant the owner asked the kid 1st for the food preference and served the choice immediately 😋. The food was good hospitality awesome. Best for staycation also. A must visit.

It's located in Soma Ropa approx 3 km away from main market of Kasol, it's one of the best place to stay in Kasol and pocket friendly. View from this tent is too awesome as they are installed on the edge of Parvati River even you can hearing soothing noise of flowing water within your tent also. Secondly, they are neat and clean. Providing good food it's upto you either have it in their cafeteria or in your tent. If you are looking for inner peace of your mind than its best place just book it without wasting time.

I have no words to praise for this property. It is one of the best properties I have stayed in. The most advantage of this property was the food, which was lip-smacking. We are overwhelmed with the hospitality of this property. Location was convenient to reach. Caretaker was nice and cooperative. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Facilities and cleanliness were awesome. I will definitely recommend this property to others. Good work! Keep it up!

Located at 1 minute walk to parvati river, north deodar is very accessible by road. Ample of parking space inside gate. Good garden area and actually swiss camps experience in nature. Barbecue is done on demand and we enjoyed boon fire music in evening. Washrooms are 10/10 on hygiene and geysers are installed in every camp for hot water. Wifi speed is also great for working. Will visit here for a longer duration.

Nice location if you enjoy the nature (has easy access to the river) and want to stay away from the hustle of the town. But still just 4 kms away from kasol if you want to visit the town for lunch/dinner. The lunch at the property was very tasty, but the quality of dinner degraded. Breakfast was again good. The staff was very friendly and service was fast. Rooms were clean.

Camps are good with all amenities available. Hot water geysers are inside washrooms. Room heaters are available on demand at basic price. Bon fire and music is done for all camps guests in 1 location- helps to interact with each other. River parvati is close by and early morning view and sound of bird’s chirping is a thing to remember. Felt very good here.

I stayed at the north deodar camp for 2 days (21st to 22nd Feb). The camp location is beautiful and peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay out there. I would appreciate the owner (Ashish) and staff as they showed great hospitality to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. I would strongly recommend this camp to all.

I stayed with my friends in this property. It was easy to locate. I liked the rooms it was clean and comfortable and the facilities were good. There was a forest view from my room. The caretaker and owner was friendly and helpful. Food quality was good. I will definitely recommend this property to others.

The location is just next to parvati river and the restaurant is also good. Bonfire by the forest side is lively.

Uncle who manages this property is very polite, food and arrangements are good. Only recommendation is they should keep tandoor to make tandoori items.

Camps are located at a pristine location. Everyone is dedicated right from host to the ground staff. Breakfast was apt and tasty. Overall quite a memorable experience. Thank you!
