North Star Hotel

The North Star Hotel was clean and the staff was good. The North Star Hotel is elegant but a bit old. It is written that they allow zomato and swiggy delivery but they did not allow food from outside or food delivery which made me feel a bit betrayed because it was clearly written that food delivery apps are allowed. Also they said their kitchen is only open till 10:30 pm, i checked in at around 10 and the first thing i had to do was to order food because they won't let me order from outside and kitchen won't serve post 10:30. The food served was ok but expensive. And i believe they can afford better pillows, they were not up to current standards. And please stop this check in and check out system, why can't it be on a 24 or 23 hour basis. That is just infuriating for someone checking in at night.

Had a very comfortable stay at the north star North Star Hotel in kolkata. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were exceptionally polite and always ready to assist, which made my experience even better. I highly recommend this North Star Hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming stay.

Pleasant homely and friendly atmosphere. Staff is knowledgeable and greets you with a smile. Super clean and luxurious setting. They do have a designated smoking zone and rooms smell so good. Mr deepak was such a kind and friendly person who checked me in. Recommended stay for family

We stayed in the same family room where we stayed last year. The whole North Star Hotel including the room was very clean. Behavior of the staffs were really good. We enjoyed our stay for 6 days.

It has been a clean and comfortable 4 night stay with complimentary room upgrade. Hotel has no elevator but the staff is really helpful with baggage services and always available for assistance.

Hotel stay is just like 5 star. Food are very good. Will come again in this North Star Hotel. Staff behiviour was familiar and supportive. Room very clean and i am 100% satisfied
