North Star Residency

Location is right in the middle of the market space. The entrance is through a shady narrow lane, not decent but just fine, the staff was good, the rooms were terrible, paint coming off, tv was there but no set top box, the door lock was not in good condition, wash basin and commode are right next to each other that too behind the bathroom door, geyser was there but no way of turning it on, exhaust was there but the wires were not connected anywhere it was hanging loose, the room was small, there was not mountain view as claimed by them. Everything was terrible totally not worth the money as it looked like a damp lodge right outside a bus stand or railway station. I would not recommend it to the travellers who are planning with their families, couples, elderlies(so many stairs) or new travellers (as this would not be a good point in their whole journey.

I am very very thankful to make my trip, hope after a huge inspection you have given recognition to this residency or have kept this residency in your panel, my experience in this residency was too good from here mussoorie bus stand and railway station is easily accessible, definitely next time whenever i be coming to dehradun i would like to stay in this north star residency only

I searching for a North Star Residency near railway station and bus station i found this place unique and at best location. Railway station is about 500 from the North Star Residency you can reach while walking. The room is so nice neat and clean. If you are visiting dehradun next time you can visit this North Star Residency with your family and lived ones.

The place is located at the prime of the city, thereby the commutation is easy. The food outlets in and out of saharanpur chowk is excellent. Overall it's pocket friendly and the best place to stay for solo travellers. The services provided there is outstanding, extremely friendly and approachable.

Location was very good. Near to railway station. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Washroom was western style . Food was served on time .Food quality was very good and price worthy. Staff behaviour was very good.Since it is in market area ,one can do a lot of shopping.

Nice and clean rooms and washroom. Staff is very supportive. Only thing is if you have heavy bags, call them to pick it up as reception is on first floor and there is no lift. Service is better and food is also very good.

Hotel was good, staff were helping in nature. I dropped my luggage their in waiting room for 6 hrs they allowed us to do that. Only one thing i didn't like abut the North Star Residency is that it knob of the room not working properly

The North Star Residency is very near to railway station. It is in the middle of the market. The room was very neat and clean. Food ordered from the North Star Residency was nice. I will recommend to everyone for staying at here.
