Beautiful place, clean environment and interior with some positive vibes

Worst staff ever. Booked the homestay for 9-10 may. Could not go to the place because of war situation. The staff was so rude that when i asked for the manager’s number, he literally said “chal nikal yha se” and there was no proper apology from these guys. And didnt even refund my money. Worst staff and worst team. Dont book this place ever.

Very very bad I didn’t recommend anyone to book with them

The stay was fine overall. The staff was cooperative. The property was clean.however we faced problem with the RO unavailability, water availability issue in bathrooms, cleaning didn't happen every day.location is little inconvenient.

The stay was overall fine. We checked into the homestay the home was clean and tidy, however it missed basic essentials like toiletries, and the RO was not working. We informed the staff and they helped to fulfill the needs. The staff was cooperative. The homestay is based at a lower region and the access road is very steep. But the view was nice. The first night there happed a fight between homestay staff and some other guests, this disturbed a lot. Last day in the morning when we had to checkout we woke up and found that water was not coming in the washrooms and we had to manage without water for atleast 1.5 hrs. Apart from the few issues the staff was just one call away and overall stay was good.

The condition of the room wasn’t good. There were flys and cockroaches all around. Took some requesting to get stuff cleaned up.

Wonderful property in lap of nature. Homely environment that means home away from home friendly host. One word. Exceelent. Experiance love to come again

Stay location is bit far from main road and host is also not that much helpful but he won’t disturb you also. Room is completely different than what shown in the pictures. If you booking this place for a party then it’s a best choice

We had a nice stay. A perfect place to spend your time. The food was homely and tasty. A perfect getaway from city life.

We were a group of 4 and we paid for 2 big sized rooms and a very big hall. They have a outdoor siting balcony too. Same like the images. They have a 3rd party restaurant also which makes the stay like a hotel only. It was clean and well equipped. The location is not a problem it's just before the kasauli road starts. One has to ask the local people mentioning home daddy stay. Norville was the room's name (they have many other rooms with different names. We really liked it. The only thing which was a bit problematic was they charge rs. 3000 as security and then refund on checkout. The infrastructure is costly so that's justified but should be mentioned somewhere.
