I recently had the pleasure of staying at novotel ahmedabad, and i must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment i stepped into the lobby, i was greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of tranquility that persisted throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploration or business meetings. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the amenities provided added an extra touch of luxury. The NOVOTEL Ahmedabad experience made our xmas break in ahmadabad as one of the enjoyable and memorable one. Everything was exactly as it should be courteous security and valet parking team ample parking quick check in room - spacious, neat and clean. Bed for 3rd person(child) included and was very good. Bathroom - clean, fit for purpose, all kits provided, enough and clean towels, hot water available pantry. Very good best part was premium lounge. It was included in the price of the room. Provides a peaceful place to relax and read. There is a small pool table. You can have breakfast also. It serves snacks from 6 to 8 pm. Unlimited and good quality. Food. Excellent experience. Breakfast spread is very good in quality and quantity. We had wonderful japanese dishes for dinner on both nights. Thanks to chef ajay and nisha for personal care and chitchat. Room service was also very good. No complaints on ac or otherwise. One suggestion. Restraunt is busy for breakfast and dinner. Go in lean time. They have put up a watch graphic showing when it gets busy

My purpose was relaxation and distressing. I got exactly what i wanted in novotel, ahmedabad. Room was perfect, comfortable. Amenities like pool, gym was good. Breakfast has lot of menus and tasty. Staffs were very supportive, specially abhilash, debanjan made sure that i all my indulgences are taken well care off. Lo-vi the NOVOTEL Ahmedabad's guest relation executive was very friendly and went out of the way to make sure all our needs are taken care off. Am satisfied beyond expectation and would surely come back

We, me and my wife both senior citizens got a wonderful experience at novotel ahmedabad. Great service, very very co operative staff. They arranged required medicine even at 11:30 pm without any additional or service charges, wife got fever, i have to postpone check out to 5-6 hours, they allowed it without any charges really impressed and highly recommend this excellent NOVOTEL Ahmedabad

All. Good except that the a/c was locked at 22 degrees and it was warm in the room. Shower didn't have hot enough water. Room housekeeping could have been better. Rooms were dated and need refurbishment. Food and service were excellent amd all in all it was a comfortable stay for my wife and i. They have great potential to be excellent with a little effort and tlc.

The property is very well maintained. The stay was super comfortable and the breakfast was a vast spread with great taste. A special mention for lovi our guest relationship executive. She arranged a special traditional welcome for us and she also did some sweet gestures for my daughter after checking out. Overall 5 stars for the service

This property is not new to me. 1 week before also i stayed in same property. I like it because rooms are spacious n location is also very good. This time i stayed in room no 832. Surprisingly tvs voice was vey low. I barely could here anything n intercoms handset was not working. Hope you will take care of it next time.

Very good location close to a big crossing, a lot of good restaurants nearby if one seeks variety. The spread in the NOVOTEL Ahmedabad for breakfast and lunch is pretty good and varied. Rooms are neat and well maintained - except of the tv, which feels outdated and is challenging to hear.

Location is good, rooms are bigger, dinner and breakfast well spred. It's close to iskon temple, good location

Fantastic stay with cleaning and hygiene maintained in proper manner. I loved food from the breakfast menu which has multiple varieties.

Food was great. Stay was awesome. The staff was very helpful and supportive. There were many amenities like pool, gym and spa.

Good staff, breakfast is good, musician artist is also very good at the time of dinner. Just need to improve washroom door lock.

Memorable experience in novotel ahmedabad. The room was beautiful decorated by aman and lovi has done the arrangement so well and made our special a everlasting one.
