Loved everything about the hotel, from the room service to the food and every little detail in between. We happened to forget something while checking out, and the team responded immediately and arranged to courier it to us. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous throughout our stay.

Though the welcome was good, the stay was not worth it. The extra bed given was broken, the window pane had so much of dust on the glass u really cant clearly outside. You have to call for toiletaries, water bottle . AC was not circulating well. Extremely upset. Bad bad bad

Hotel is very clean, no nonsense , food is excellent quality, location is perfect in no crowded place. Had initial problem with set top box but was quickly fixed by prompt service. The staff was extremely courteous to give you personal touch.

Excellent hotel. Polite and helpful staff. Hassle free check in and check out. Very clean rooms. AC, hot water facility, toiletries, array of tea/coffee in rooms are very good. Complementary breakfast has good variety. Mr Deepak pays attention every person coming to restaurant and ensures service is at its best. Most striking about this hotel is ever smiling, polite and helpful staff. I wish I remembered all their names and mentioned here. The downside - Shaving kit was not being kept in room everyday. At times the hot water in bathroom is only Luke warm, but it is made hot with just a phone call to reception. Will go back to same hotel if I were to visit Chandigarh again

Amazing Stay – Great Location & Service I had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, especially being so close to Elante Mall, which made shopping and dining very convenient. The staff was polite and welcoming and the service throughout my stay was smooth and efficient. The food was also quite good and exceeded my expectations. One suggestion for improvement would be to focus more on cleanliness. I did notice a spider web inside the drinking glass, which was a concern in terms of hygiene. I would strongly suggest the management to improve cleanliness standards to ensure a better guest experience. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay – would recommend.
