Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road

The food in the restaurant served for buffet was excellent. The range of desserts each day night wasvery tempting. The room was quite comfortable with all amenities working perfectly. The most of the staff we need to talk to, do not seem to talkin english though they understand english. Bell boys, serves, room service boys etc. We had issues with being served wrong food. Billed wrongly. Also, so at check out it took longer than it-should as they had to resolve the issue. It could be poor softwares they are using or-poor management. So please double check your bills if you are staying at this place. The room service food menu had very limited south indian options. They dont even have sambar/sambar rice in the menu. In the buffet, they are keeping veg dishes very next to the non veg dishes. So people might use the same spoon for both. If you are a strict vegetarian, this aspect might be big no-no for you. Nice location close to mount road, t nagar, and other shopping and business areas. Very fast and stable free wifi. Just like other novotels i stayed in, this property also doesnt have bolts for the bathroom.

The Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road's location is also ideal, providing easy access to local attractions and transportation.

The check in and check out process was fast and with good response and politeness. The room was neat, clean and comfortable. There are enough plugs to charge everything i have. The Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road internet was fast enough for my requirement, the dinner and breakfast were good and liked the things were laid out. I would have liked a bit more variety on the breakfast menu, though nothing main to complaint about. The restaurant staffs were helpful and ever ready to assist. Overall a pleasant stay, though a very short one.

Well located Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road with fairly well appointed rooms, facilities etc. Lobby area and entrance corridor to looby are narrow and congested which is a negative. Staff at reception housekeeping security were courteous and friendly. Didn't check the restaurants but room service filter coffee was terrible! reception at checkout heard us and reversed the charges. Had left behind an item and the hkepping manager promptly couriered it to my residential address. Overall very good.

I think novotel Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road exceeded my expectations. I had visited chennai for official meet and booked this Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road based on the reviews. My other colleagues booked park and other Novotel Chennai Chamiers Roads, after checking other Novotel Chennai Chamiers Roads i realised that i got the best one in town. This Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road is by far up to 5star property experience. I will be booking this again on my next trip without a doubt.

We stayed here from 22 April to 28th April and had to extend till 1st May due to our work. Food is excellent. Room is quite good. But room service is not upto the mark. I feel there is no coordination at all between the cleaning staff and their managers. We have to wait a half an hours to I hour for the cleaning staff to come after we put a request for room cleaning. Coffee was sent cold and tasteless and only after a complaint it was corrected. Very disappointing.

The location is great. Very centrally located, easy access to a lot of places in the city. And not too far from the airport either. Took me 20 mins to reach the airport. Room is very well maintained. Minibar is well stocked. Room service is excellent. The only area that could improve is the bath towels and face towels which look very old and faded. Food is excellent. The breakfast spread is sumptuous. The staff are very polite and respond very quickly.

Location is reachable, food is excellent, amenities are excellent, above all very courteous and dedicated staff. The stay was a pleasure. Even your smallest needs are taken care. The response of the staff is very quick and encouraging. They are very helpful and accommodative to all your genuine requirements. During my next trip to chennai, i will give first preference to this Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road only. Overall experience was quite reassuring.

Very nice service and convinient location. Nice breakfast spread and filter coffee was the best. Definitely will stay again on my next visit

The breakfast spread could be increased to add more continental dishes. I did not personally like the dark shade in rooms.

The hospitality was very good, and hemanth, the manager, was very helpful and kind the koox restaurant was very nice, and hira, the manager of koox, served us some very good food and the ambience was very good

It's nice Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road, rooms are good, buffet breakfast as usual good although not par other novotel Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road but is good. Good for business and personal trips.

I would say, it is a decent stay but not great compared to the price and brand name. Food was good and had a wide range. I was disappointed with the size of the room and promptness in attending the service for house keeping stuffs.
