Great stay and comfortable bedding and sleep experience, rooms are quiet good , facilities are great as well both for kids and adults. They have all the necessities. Only downside is staff are less responsive with assistance for room service

We had a pleasant experience there. The dinner buffet was good but the Breakfast buffet was amazing. Few items were missed to be placed in the room when we checked in also the Hair dryer did not work and we had to spend time to get this sorted by the team. There was also power cuts experienced. But their indore games was like unexpected as we had not read any reviews previously.. they had Xbox, PS5, Goalf, Cricket turf, Basket ball and few other games including Swimming Pool and Gym.

There is no kids pool for the kids , pool is too small and 4 feet depth . Due to long week end hotel was full ,we waited long time for the buffet breakfast.Room was neat and clean .Service was good . They couldn't able manage the rush hours for the break fast .Food was Ok. There were only two lift one was out ofservice , waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for the lift There is no kids pool for the kids , pool is too small and 4 feet depth . Review: Novotel OMR, Chennai The hotel was easy to reach from the airport and the location was decent. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Hospitality was average – despite a delayed flight and extremely late check-in, there was no courtesy shown in extending the stay, and I was charged half-day price at checkout. Rooms appeared old and lacked sophistication, not up to 5-star standards. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. During a busy time, I requested seating assistance from the manager who asked me to wait and never returned – a disappointing display of guest neglect. Overall, the experience was underwhelming. This hotel does not live up to a 5-star rating and is more appropriately a 3-star in terms of service and quality.

“In Chennai, Novotel is one of my favorite places to stay and spend quality time with my family. For the past four years, I have been coming here regularly to celebrate my anniversary and birthday. My son especially loves this place because he can enjoy swimming, PlayStation, the cricket net, delicious food, and lots of other fun activities for kids.

Nice cosy rooms. Location is okay. Breakfast is bad. Not like a star hotel. If you are staying don’t add food in your tariff. Other use rooms are very good.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The staff were extremely polite and always ready to help.My room was very clean, spacious and well-maintained. The food at the restaurant was delicious,and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. I had a very comfortable experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai.

Novotel never disappoints in it’s services. The rooms were clean, cozy and stocked with all basic amenities. The staff was courteous and responsive. The food was the highlight though… such nice spread with finger licking dishes. The local South Indian Cuisine was 10/10. It was a nice and comfortable stay overall.
