While our overall experience was exceptional, there were a couple of minor disappointments. It would have been nice to have table tennis available in the lobby, as well as cue sticks in good condition in the snooker area. These small details, while not detracting significantly from our enjoyment, were noticeable. I visit chennai very often to visit, projects of uric construction p ltd as the president. While stay earlier has been good, but this time, month of ramadan is on and i was fasting. I requested chef mr sub-in and mr balaji the manager of the restaurant to help me address the issue at hand, while i was having my dinner. They went out of the way to provide me something to eat at 3. 30 am instead of giving food items before the close of the restaurant for the night. I could have hot food in the early hours of morning a hot " sehari. I am sanguine it reflects the positive attitude of the novotel family, which has such fine staff on board. My sincere compliments to both the gentlemen, the staff at sip-cot novotel chennai, be it reception desk, the house keeping staff, the swimming pool, they are very courteous. Such gestures go a long way in customers deciding to choose novotel for stay. The food is a culinary delight.

Good Novotel Chennai Sipcot - An Accor Brand with very friendly staff right from lobby to restaurant, i went for a staycation with my family on 26 jean 2024. They have separate smoking and non smoking rooms and that's really good. I had booked dinner also during this stay and buffet dinner menu was not up to the mark considering this is a 5 star rated Novotel Chennai Sipcot - An Accor Brand. Non veg they can include more options. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Last but not the least even tho its rated 5 star it feels like a four star and since the tariff is low compared to other big 5 star Novotel Chennai Sipcot - An Accor Brands that is ok. One more thing this Novotel Chennai Sipcot - An Accor Brand is situated far from city and it will take around 1 hour to reach the city, so keep this in mind before booking.

I recently stayed in novotel sip-cot with family for almost 4 days. During my stay the experience was superb. Rooms has little issues but thats ok. I would like to appreciate the services by the Novotel Chennai Sipcot - An Accor Brand f&b team. The manager harsh and their team is superb. The quality of food and variety was very good. Also there is a special mention of kajal and mubin from restaurant team. They made our stay very comfortable, especially i would like to thank miss kajal she has taken care of our 1 year old son and provided special attention to his needs. Overall perfect hospitality by novotel sip-cot team, from housekeeping, frontdesk, rishi & hardeep, restaurant, security everyone was very cooperative and helpful. My family enjoyed the stay very much.

The location is wonderful, it's away from the city at the same time not too far from important landmarks. Right opposite sipcot. This particular property of novotel always has great staff. They really out in the effort to make u feel comfy. The housekeeping actually asked me " if u are missing anything pls let me know. Very polite courteous. The food is great, especially the hakka noodles served as part of the dinner buffet. Alisha khan in the restaurant made me coffee every morning just as i wanted. All said a memorable 3 nights. Also the tv, this is the first Novotel Chennai Sipcot - An Accor Brand i stayed, where i could browse all the channels without the message " not subscribed" all channels, all languages were active and viewable. Great !

The service was prompt and professional, making me feel right at home. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a cozy atmosphere. The rooms at novotel are well-maintained and clean. The restaurant on the ground floor offers a wide variety of food options, which is great. However, the service could be improved. On multiple occasions during my four-day stay, i experienced delays of over 30 minutes for items like veg fried rice, poori, and dosa, even when the restaurant wasn’t busy. Unfortunately, twice my order wasn’t served at all, despite reminding the staff. This level of service in the restaurant was disappointing.

It was a nice stay altogether. The swimming pool was clean and we had a great time. Room service was excellent. They were available all the time to help us in every way possible. Food was good and not excellent. They can improve on variety in their buffet, especially in non-veg. We stayed for 2 days and overall it was a nice stay.

The staff were very cordial and helpful. Location is excellent for our work. The food needs drastic improvement. We had given our feedback to the chief and the manager on duty. But no improvement was visible. We stayed for four nights and the same menu was repeated every single night. The sambar tasted like daal and the idli was hard. Being in chennai one expects a good south indian food.

It was a good stay. Service is nice. I had to book a shuttle for a late evening event, i felt safe taking that service.

Stay was really excellent, comfortable, food varieties was awesome, kids enjoyed swimming area and activity area. We will definitely come again for booking with makemytrip as it was the best offer.

Very practical Novotel Chennai Sipcot - An Accor Brand situated on the main road. Staff are quite polite and nice, although some of them are very inexperienced. Food is good as well.

It was a pleasant stay. Good maintenance and very friendly staffs right from reception till house keeping.

I took one superior room - king bed. Nice room and good maintenance . This is the first time I experienced the Novotel. I think it's a life time memory.
