Novotel Goa Candolim

The check-in was not that good in novotel, there were too many checking at the same time. The staff was overwhelmed n didn't handle it well. The room was good, however a couple of things the shower gel was not refilled which i think happens when the previous occupant leaves the room. After asking it to be changed the room service person didn't send the right bottle instead we got body lotion instead of body wash. Secondly they provide water which has a label of the date the water is packed which was 1st april n we were staying on 2nd may almost a month n the water was not changed. When we requested a guy called vela clarified that they have a bottling plant from where the water comes & the labelling error it was, however after replacing the bottle by him he gives us the same bottle with the same date of 1st april again. This is bad experience. Also the wash room had stains on it, was not cleaned. Tge breakfast options was limited, heard some of the people complaining that the same thing were there on the previous day also which we experienced on our 2nd day. Staff were good in the square. Pool looks good for kids. Check out was fine however the delay in getting my car bad left us with a bad experience with novotel again. Even last stay at novotel cavelosim was not good. Will avoid novotel in future.

I recently stayed at Novotel Goa Candolim novotel candolim goa and had a great experience. The Novotel Goa Candolim is conveniently located on the main road, making travel around the area easy. It features a large swimming pool and offers a wide variety of breakfast options to suit different tastes. The front desk team was efficient, even during busy hours, ensuring smooth check-ins. There was a small issue with my room, but ms. Mathew handled it calmly and professionally, even offering an alternative as a gesture of goodwill. This attention to customer service made my stay even better. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for comfort and convenience in goa.

Hotel novotel, candolim is situated in a prime location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and bike-car rentals. The Novotel Goa Candolim welcomes you with a spacious reception area, offering complimentary drinks, comfortable seating, and scenic views of the superior and deluxe rooms. You can enjoy the large swimming pool with three fun slides for kids, or relax in the fitness and spa center. The play area for children is also a great feature. We had a wonderful stay in a luxury room that was roomy and well-kept. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout. It was a great experience for me, my wife, and my daughter.

We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and we enjoyed every bit of it. The Novotel Goa Candolim team decorated our room and left a cake as a surprise before our check-in. There is a dedicated kids' play area, and the swimming pool is amazing with water slides. The food was good, and the Novotel Goa Candolim's executive chef is a very gentle and polite person. The Novotel Goa Candolim is centrally located in north goa, approximately 30 minutes away from all the key locations and cafes. I definitely recommend this property.

Room service was very slow. We stayed for 3 nights requested for a table no. Of times still didn’t get it. They made us wait for almost 1 hr to check in while they are not flexible with check out timings. The best part about the Novotel Goa Candolim is food, preparation time is long but it’s worth the wait. Location is good if you are looking for a centre stay. But there are many options on the same street. Breakfast spread could have been bigger & menu could have been different. Everyday it was the same menu. The rooms are overpriced.

The childrens pool is the best feature with slides, showers and complete mini water park feel. Modern and clean gym is a added advantage for fitness conscious individuals. Kids corner for small children is another area where kids can play around. Restaurant is clean and very well managed. The lobby area is beautiful and uniquely designed. Rooms are spacious and neatly maintained. The staff is super responsive. I would recommend families with kids to definitely stay here if candollim is the area you are looking to visit.

The stay and the amenities provided by the Novotel Goa Candolim was excellent, the breakfast was delicious with lot of varieties, the stay was very kid friendly which included play area with excellent guardians to look after them, the pool area was huge and very well maintained, only issue was the room doors were very thin and for the us the neighbors had a big family party in the next door with lots of people and loud music late night, which made the stay a bit unpleasant to have a good night sleep.

Xcellent 3 nights stay at Novatel, Goa for us two couples. it all started with Anie at reception upgrading us to Balcony Pool facing rooms. She / her colleague very well guided us about all facilities. Very good breakfast with Chief Chef Mr Singh personally supervising & mixing with guests. Xcellent location with good Casino. Just one constraint that No place provided to keep personal Toiletries in Shower cubicle and hook too small to hang Two used towels. Jaihnd. Ajay chaudhry

Excellent location, spacious rooms, courteous staff. Buffet was good with a lot of variety/cuisines. Big swimming pool and other activities for kids!

The property location is excellent. Very near to the beach. Food is also good but little bit expensive. However, breakfast is too good. I have enjoyed other facilities also, like swimming pool, casino, spa.

This is our 6th stay at novotel with family and every time the stay is very very comfartable, the location breakfast menu rooms and the vibrancy is excellent and this time we had a great time at oceanic 7 casino which is recently opened in novotel. Over all good stay and recommend families to go for this property
