Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort

"family trip to south goa" this was my third stay in south goa. This time i chose novotel don o sylvia resort at cavelossim. I stayed for 5 nights. Well the room was situated in a ground villa with two rooms. Room was good with spacious bathroom and storage area. Rest as usual things were present. The outdoor sitting area was an added feature which we spent for our evening tea. The pool area is large and has three categories. That's a star at this resort. The morning breakfast was okay and nothing extraordinary. Repetitions of all dishes were seen in all the days i stayed. It needs improvement. While i was staying there were two company meetings going on consecutively. Suddenly all of the resort becomes crowded. The issue is not this. I felt that there was lack of one to one attention for guests. Of course foreigners are treated in a different manner. The staff right from reception, housekeeping, buffet counter to the guards are very polite and always cheerful. The beach pathway is great and feels you the real size of this resort. It's located near to good restaurants. Robin's was my favourite. Rest the stay was good.

Location is 1 hr away from dabolim airport but from the manohar int l airport its too far. Book a cab in advance to mop a airport to be safe. My cab booking to mop a got canceled at the last minute. The Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort cab service charges are double.

The staff is very nice and the most important thing is that the Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort is baby friendly, they make baby food which is the most good thing that i liked about it, also this Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort has its own private beach, food is good

The resort is very good for families, beach is very clean and well maintained. Outside the resort has a good market which offers shopping and food options. The resort provides games and activities for children

The stay at novotel dona sylvia was one of the best things from the goa trip. It's the best location for the newly weds for the perfect getaway. The property is kept good with lots of trees and serene beauty.

Great place for a leisure trip, the services provided are at top-notch . The complementary breakfast has wide varieties to choose from . Suggestions are to have more items in Kababs & curries menu .

Nice, clean property with private access to beach. Stay was comfortable. Had booked two rooms, but same were not provided in same building. Otherwise, stay was comfortable.

Stay was amazing. Room service was good, sainath who was responding quick. Hopefully i would love to visit this place again with our entire family

Top quality service and excellent view to beach. I loved their buffet breakfast and swimming pool. Only negative is bit expensive.

Excellent service. It’s a great time we had, wonderful ambiance. Garden; flowers the green lashes are just wow and sumptuous food. Must have stay over there.

The staff are very kind and polite. Even the rooms were very clean. I really enjoyed the experience here.
