Went for 4 day vacation with family. It’s very nice property with access to beach from property. Some positives. 1. Rooms are decent size, nice sit out facing lawn, beautiful swimming pool 2. Good restaurants near by - mikes-place is just opposite to Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort, fisherman’s warf is around 2 km, need to have vehicle 3. Lunch, dinner are good, bit expensive in the Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort negatives - 1. When we went, property was rented for destination wedding, so wedding crowd makes it look like low end Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort especially during breakfast where it gets overcrowded, people grabbing cutlery, chairs from your table, waiting time for seating, food items, no proper service from staff due to excess crowd 2. Outside taxis for airport drop are not allowed near to Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort gate also, so need to pay whatever Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort taxis demand 3. Reception from the staff is not warm, could be due to overcrowd 4. No activities in beach near Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort. All beaches are far off from Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort, which makes it bit difficult for travel

My recent stay at novotel in goa was nothing short of delightful. The Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort's prime location, just steps away from the pristine beach, made it incredibly convenient for us to soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean breeze. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive, ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. While the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, i personally found myself wishing for more variety after staying for four days. However, this is likely a personal preference, as i'm not a fan of some of the dishes offered. Overall, our family had a wonderful time at novotel. The combination of excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff made it an ideal choice for our goa vacation.

We stayed on a family trip for four nights in novotel donna sylvia resort. It's a beautiful and well maintained property located on cavelossim beach. We had not so pleasant check in experience where despite booking on breakfast plus lunch/dinner plan for all four members as per makemytrip we were first asked to pay for kids lunch/dinner option. When we asked them to check again the reception person(not mentioning name) told us that there is no need to pay as it is covered. After few moments he said no sir you need to pay sorry for the confusion! after 10 hours of drive with two kids last thing you want to hear. I call mm-trip helpline which was of not much help other than yes sir, no sir, checking sir, really sorry sir, it won't happen again sir. We decided not to pay for meals and told the same to Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort that we will avail only what is covered that is for two person. Later on we realised it was a right decision. Apart from this it was really a good stay at the property.

I recently stayed at Novotel Dona Sylvia and had a fantastic experience! The hospitality was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and local market and eateries. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet—it was truly the best we've ever had, featuring a wide variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. What truly made our visit memorable was how the staff (Miss Pari and Mr. Pradeep) made our daughter's birthday special. They made a handmade card for her and arranged a birthday cake and decoration to celebrate. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel Dona Sylvia Goa for anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

Very good stay for families. The facilities provided st the resort are very well maintained. In-spite of multiple events on-going at the resort during our stay there was zero disturbance to the other guests. The staff and buffet areas were kept separate for the large groups which is very helpful. The breakfast spread is good and the staff was always alert to ensure good table rotation and refill of buffet. The private direct entrance to the beautiful beach is an added advantage. We were celebrating a birthday although not informed specifically to the resort, yet they arranged for a beautiful cake which is well appreciated. Overall, wonderful stay. The restaurants at the resort are highly priced, although there are several budget friendly options available at a walking distance.

Novotel Dona Sylvia is a perfect resort to experience Goan and Portuguese architecture and cuisine The cottage rooms are big and spacious Bathrooms are humongous when compared to others The ambiance of the property is very colonial Goan / Portuguese The restaurants within the property provide good amount of choice of cuisines We found many EU tourists staying for longer duration comfortably due to excellent service and hospitality Some technical details need upgrades which the Novotel management mentioned that they are working on …. Like internet connectivity & air conditioning etc Overall we family of 4 enjoyed our 4 days of vacation stay during Christmas time and will highly recommend Novotel Dona Sylvia We are planning to return for next Goan vacation to Novotel Dona Sylvia

Staff helped to get room at ground floor as we had difficulty in climbing steps. They were also very quick to find our kid's crocs when one went missing. Room dining is good and preferred over dining hall. Dining hall gets crowded during breakfast, so finding seats next to fan will decide if you have a pleasant meal or a sweaty one. Beach and pool is good-clean and friendly for kids. There is a play area for kids, some indoor games also like carroms, xbox, tabletennis. Spa is good food and beverages has some variety and never disappointed. We can try goa delicacies here and not very expensive. There are some stray dogs, some nights we had mosquitoes as its fully green with bushes, trees around the cottage

It was great stay, room was pleasant, property being one of best, scenic beauty food was ok not up to mark

It was an amazing experience at novotel goa dona sylvia beach resort and beach is just 1 minute walk from the property. Mr. Ronak had personally taken care of my stay n ensured that i should get the best experience during my stay. Such a nice & humble personality. The breakfast has ample varieties & taste is good. It's a huge lush green property which offers villa types rooms. The swimming pool is fantastic, especially for kids. Good game options, but few of them are outsourced and chargeable. Resort has their own restaurant (kebab & kuries, which serves delicious food. Resort also offers buggy service to see the entire property. Overall, we enjoyed a lot and great experience. The best resort stay in whole of goa. Extremely well maintained. Good accees to the cleanest white sand beach. 'seagull restaurant' was amazing both in buffet breakfast as well as alacarte. Stay was pleasant but extra mattress was not given for booking of 2 adults n 2 children for extra mattress 3k whole booking in make my trip it was shown that we would get extra bed or mattress but after coming here Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort n mmt denied this asked us to pay for same 3k

Our stay at novotel goa dona sylvia in the beginning of new year 2024 was amazing. Really wot h it and amazing beach access in the property itself is too wonderful experience. The live singing at seagull restaurant along with the buffet dinner is just awesome. We came back with cherish-able memories and already planning to go again soon. It's a kids friendly property and we had good time in swimming pool also. The pool in this property is very big and clean.
